It was my first time playing and i hadn't fully read/understood the rules. It was a mistake on my part and i apologise for that.
I'm just hoping i get another chance as i really want to continue playing

So you didnt understand roleplay ?.... i cannot understand or start to understand why someone would go round running people over.....

I'd never played a game like this before. I didn't fully understand how RP games worked/functioned. I do now and am ready to abide by the Rules.

Ok... well there is only one game you would go round running people over... and then after the first time you question yourself... why the hell am i doing this and thats grand theft auto... something which is 1 million miles away from this game.

You have been unbanned but i suggest you read the rules and do some learning fast as no doubt you will be banned within the week.... prove me wrong
