Dear citizens of Altis,
On behalf of the Altis Health and Safety department, we have seen a big increase in urination in Public. There is NO excuse for this as there are nearby toilets for people to use. Also we are seeing a rise in urination on vehicles. This is unacceptable and should stop. If you really need the toilet, use bushes. People won't see and dosen't harm the environment. However urination in public near Churches and next to children is holy disgusting. 

With immediate effect: Anyone caught urinating in Public at ANY time in a silly place will face a ticket in accordance with the POA (Public Order Act).

Cleaners work very hard in order to get Altis looking perfect after it has been used, this is something that you don't see and they give up their time in order to make our streets clean. They work late at night where hardly anyone is in the streets and people are in bed, and they have reported back to us that there is a huge increase in disgusting use. 

Anyone caught will face immediate consequences
