Plays.tv problem

I have a problem with plays.tv not recording and need help from a guy who knows something about it.

Should the gameplay come here automatically?

I find that it likes to stop recording or not even record at all sometimes and I don't know why either.

Well I might have a guess because it worked with me what I done first I go step by step;

First Open Plays.tv:

Secondly Go to settings:

 

Then Unclick the "Auto-manage Space" so you control it yourself:
