Plays.tv for the Rule Breaking Hobo's

I dont know if its okay to post here about this , but alot of times i hear people being not able to record since they dont have it ready or their system cant handle it , i used shadowplay before but was a pain in the ass always had to play in fullscreen and sometimes the filesize was really high.

This is why i reccomend Plays.tv to you all , it can rewind up to 20 minutes of footage , is performence friendly and you can upload them straight away [not sure how it runs on laptops and "low end PC's"

I might be wrong, but I believe you can setup OBS the same way as shadowplay.

i know though for some people its a pain in the you know what to set it up , though for Plays.tv you dont need NVIDEA its a program for all video cards.

I have OBS and frames stay pretty good but the rewind of last 20mins doesn't seen to work.
