There have been many people who have tried and succeeded at making a company and plenty who have tried and failed. Its all about Roleplay and getting staff/devs to recognise it and then reward it.
Fuel stations, Shops, Restaurants and Bars are all out there and player owned (though some can cost a hell of a lot to buy) you just have to find whats right for what you want to do. These MLOs are also very limited and can be a challenge to get a hold of.
Best place to start is finding a location and using tweedle as best you can to advertise it. As time moves on and if its a unique enough roleplay course then itll be recognised.
