Player name issues

So I have recently ticked over 200 hours on altis life (about 70 hours a week), I've had a few minor issues but I have mostly had a very good experience (first time on any role-playing game/ server). But one problem I keep coming across is the vast amount of vile names that people have, here is an example:

I understand people might not see this as a problem, but I feel as if it may effect the 'Adult community' look that the server wants to portray.

What do you guys think?

You have to remember at its core this is Altis Life. Altis Life is full of trolls and people who want reactions out of other players. His name is really offence though.
