1. House price ranges from a small wooden shack with very limited storage costing £500k up to a 2 story mansion with lots of space costing up to £2 million.
2. Upgrades such as resupply point, clothing store etc.. cost £5 million but ATM only costs £500k. To upgrade the storage and time to break into the house, it costs £5 million per upgrade.
3. You can use the home to store virtual items (drugs, stretchers, apples) or physical inventory (Guns, clothing, toolkits) You can also upgrade your house to include an ATM, CCTV, Re-supply point, Clothing store. All of this can be accessed by using the windows key.
4. Personally having house with just the default storage and an ATM are fine. If you are looking to have more storage to your house you are better off buying another house as the money to storage value increase dramatically. Depending on what type of things you do will determine whether a house is useful. If you are a chronic robber and take peoples guns and stuff then you will want a house that is out in the wild somewhere with the resupply upgrade and CCTV. If you do drug runs then it is handy to have one close to the drug dealer in a nice little spot where you can hide your truck to fill your house up with drugs. At the end of the day it is up to you as to whether you get a house or not but remember one thing:
