I am planning to join the server. Can someone help me download if there is addons, to see the rules, and a how to on ArmA 3 since I haven't played yet.

There is no external download, Arma 3 download's the mission when you join the server.

I personally would advise you come and play on our servers, I've been here for two years and I haven't regretted it at all. Just remember to read up on the rules here!
Remember, all bans are permanent with appeal.

I must say @Stoneman's guide is massively outdated, I would head to: https://www.roleplay.co.uk/guide/?show=categories for the most updated guides which are getting added as we move forward.
