Description of what happened: @Kylan was robbed and gave me a description of the SUV with 2 guys inside. I followed it and they didn't engage in quality RP before Plank shot at me. I did die after the video ends but that was my fault for shooting back. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, they said it was a warning shot and didn't have TS so couldn't speak. I suggested installing it but no reply was recieved. They believed they were right and not in the wrong. Screenshot can be provided.

Denied on Plank. He fires one shot, and from what i can tell it doesn't even hit you? However his roleplay can certainly improve, and warning shots like that is not a good idea. It is hard to properly roleplay after that.

However, your use of scrollwheel in the video is outrageous. You use it many,many times and as far as I can tell, for no other purpose than to metagame. Being a long-term member im fairly certain you are aware that using the scrollwheel in that manner is a bannable offense.
