Well, I'd like to know which helicopters can pick up trucks with the ropes.

I would also like to know which helicopters may or may not be stolen/scraped.

Everything can be scrapped by Police, however these cannot be scrapped by Rebels:
Huron

Taru - All Variants (Police scrap this on site however - very illegal)

Hellcat

All other air Vehicles can be scrapped by rebels.  Also this is the heaviest vehicle each heli can pick up

Taru - Depends on Varients(Some cannot pick vehicles up end of)

Huron - Hemtt Transport Covered (725 storage slots)

Mohawk - Box truck(Around 250 storage slots, however might have increased to Cargo van[320 slots] in light of the Tanks DLC)

The rest of the Vehicles shouldn't really be used for runs or slingloading so I have left them out
