Date And Time:  Date 4/5/2015(could have been the 3/5/2015) it was mid Day some time.

Rule i broke:VDM

Reason to Uban Me. I know what the incident  was there was a helicopter out of fuel and they started to shoot at my Gang Member as he was told to leave he did not as we did not no they had guns till they shot at him so hoped in my gang members Pick up truck and drove right into the man shooting at my gang member he happed to be beside the helicopter and i and the gun man died along with to truck and helicopter blowing up. I dont think It was full vdm as it was a combat situation but i do apologizes blowing up the helicopter. so i do think me being band for using my gang members truck to take out and enemy who was shooting at my gang member. please do unban me as this server is one I do like.

3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

I did not use the truck to blow up the heli it was to run the people over in combat 

so i dont think i broke a rule at all.
