PGS (Action: Ban Issued 11/11/2014)

Time & Date this happened: 28.10.2014 - time unknown
 
Description of what happened: PGS came running by me and Eclipse threatening to VDM us, he then ran to the garage a head of us, pulled out a quadbike which he then used to intentionally run me over. I had issues with the video quality when I was going to report it, I then forgot until this morning when PGS was trolling Dagre in his house, thats when I remembered it.

Can confirm, he was in Kavala yesterday running people over in his quadbike. When I tazed, restrained him. He kept saying that he did nothing wrong and that he was going to log out if I didn't let him go. Wich he didn't, but he broke out of restrains with a glitch an started running circles around me. He hasn't changed since the time of this filming from LamaLeif.Was 4-november-2014 at ~3PM.

He has been harassing me everytime he sees me, SPC Jamie and Lamaleif can attest to this. I have killed him multiple times yet he comes back and says 'I know you, you have bounty'. Haven't been ale to get footage but have screenshots of him breaking New Life Rules. He's just a general troll and anyone who meets him knows it. He continuously ran back into the center of kavala when me and a friend were selling drugs and actually stole one of our HEMMTs/ (Silly us for not locking it) which he promptly parked in the ocean on the 4th time I killed him within 20 mins.

Quick edit: Concerning the trolling, I went to my newly bought house and he was following me. He stodd outside, said I had a bounty and attempted to kill me from outside of my house. I returned fire, 4 police officers turned up and we resolved it between us concerning shooting him.

I don't have recordings but I have witnessed him Metagame a lot and also combat log, including breaking NLR ALOT.
