Description of what happened: My friend Eagle was telling a NLR breaker to put his hands up so then the group of guys tell eagle to put his hand ups but instead he tries to knock them out and obviously he gets killed for his actions but then I get shot with no initiation and possibly metagame due to him knowing I was in his group.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes he didn't seem he did anything wrong.

well this is clearly a joke, you have uploaded a 26 second video, your friend knocked out one of my guys instead of value for life role play, shots where fired , as you can see in your video and you will see in mine a bullet hits the ground by my feet, you where standing ten feet away from me with and you pull out a pistol.

you allso say i meta gamed witch as you will see in my video i did not, i spent 6 minutes be4 this insident walking around you and eagle while you where both shooting people and talking to people, so i knew you two where together simply from watching you together in game, at one point you start defending eagle while he argues with another guy, so when the gun fight kicked off i shot you be4 you could kill me or my friends.

so all im seeing right now is you editing the footage to attempt to get me band for no reason whats so ever , i didnt want a gunfight and i didnt ask for one as you can clearly see from my seven minute long video, its really dissappointing to have to play with a guy like you in an adult community, i have never met you be4 in game , you died , then come in my ts channel, bring eagle , shout at me then file a report.

this is a revenge report because your salty nothing else

ps. 4:08 seconds in you both clearly try to rob some1 witch again is what lead me to presume you where together ingame , no meta gaming needed

i wwould like to request witch ever admin looks at this to have a serious think aabout the playstyle of these guys as they are clearly only interested in getting people banned

pss.my friend just asked me was i scroll wheeling at begining of the video, as i had to point out to him, i was looking at a dead body and had my menu dropped down as i didnt realise the dude was dead and was getting ready to pull my pistol, then i realise hes dead and close my menu , just wanted to clear that up be4 anybody acuses me of mg'ing

First off you may be able to tell im with eagle but in my video you can see I'm just putting my guns in my backpack. Also you didn't tell me hands up or anything I just got shot regardless if I was with eagle or not. I will drop the metagame part.

Secondly I didn't ask for a gun fight either as you can see I wasn't going to kill anyone as I was going to be friendly as I put the guns in my backpack. 

About the the adult community part you calling me "salty" and it's a revenge report doesn't make anything better. As you said you didn't think you did anything wrong when we talked in teamspeak I wanted to let the admins review it as I think it was RDM.

Also if you get shot as you said a bullet hit near by you, you can't kill the guy the closest to you with a gun out no one initated roleplay on me.

id rather it stay open, you have offended me and i want an admin to look at this, i dont think its right that you think its acceptable to report people for nothimg ( dear admin, i know he might be trying to resolve it now, but i think he is just trying to stop it because i am calling him out on his playstyle)

However you turned around and told us just to report you. You wouldn't want to resolve the issue with us in which lead James to report you. Now don't come over here saying that you didn't say that because you did. Also Adster "GhostHawk" didn't initiate with you in any manor. I told a hobo to put his hands up that WASN'T with you guys and then your bud told me to put my hands up. Not under any circumstances is it then acceptable too shoot people in the allocated area in which have their weapons out. You initiated to me not GhostHawk aka "Jstar".

Adster don't bring up other events that aren't relevant. Jstar was saying hands up to the bounty hunter in which your gang can confirm ; otherwise you would have shot him previously right? Just admit you were in the wrong.

I feel i should Comment Due to me Being Present in the Room when this Chat Took Place you came in with an hostile Attitude and was not speaking through adster not with him forcing your Point over everyone and even a mentor told you let him finish because you was showing an aggressive attitude which we didn't welcome i stayed silent the whole time staying unbiased due to me being a high rank in pfe and taking this matter as seriously as you do  but Adster said just report me due to you Forcing your point on him and Clearly not wanting to Resolve anything which everyone in the room picked up on
