Description of what happened: No idea checked chat for a second and saw him getting killed then instantly logging out and reconnecting shortly after.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes I joined his channel two times and both times he was afk.

Hey! Petter here i talked to one of the officers that im guessing you have in the car called PC Mellbak and we talked it out and i gave him a expliantion and i would guess he told you it as well. sorry for beeing afk in TS please message me, when you saw that i commited the combat logg you could have contacted me at the start instead of waiting becuase i know you could have found me in the Ts at the time.

Anyway i was outside kavala green zone around 20 meter away from the police car when i guy drove around on his quad bike trying to kill people by jumping out before they hit other players i typed to him in direct but he did not care and keept trying and also VDM people. I ran away out of the green zone and he keep following me doin the same thing so i warned him and pulled out my pistol and killed him and the quad bike hit me there for you can see in sidechat that i was killed by jonas.

I got a message later from PC Mellbak and i explained it to him

I'm sorry for the combat log, i have been on Ts now looking to talk to you but can't find your In-game name anywhere

just saying next time you can put up the chat in game and press Page up and you can see more of the text so you know for sure it's a combat log and the time has passed but it didn't i feel like it was justiced at the moment bc the guys tired to kill multipul people and broke servral rules but after talking to Mellbak it kinda hit me that i was almost as bad

Yes it was me sending you the message. But i dont think this officer reporting you was in the same car as I,there were some cops online at the moment.

Edit: it has Come to my knowlege that the PCSO was in my car.

But as i sad,  im not the oned to report you, because i think we all can make stupid mistakes. But i can also not garente others wont see it the same way as me.

If someone is breaking rules, it does not give you permission to break rules...

The death would of been VDM, NLR would not apply, and a comp request with footage would of completed the issues you had... 

If we set a standard, we had a guy "combat log" whilst waiting for his sausage and egg sandwich, he got banned, and unfortunately the same process will happen here.

Someone breaking rules does not give you permission to break rules, or it would end up as chaos.

Lastly, I also hope this report was not made just for reports sake. Making a report should be a last resort (except for serious rule breaking).
