Description of what happened: Chased Peter for atleast 5 to 10 min, finally stopped him and restrained him, when dealing with him, Cobrahill crashed into me and then hit a police car causing quite a bit of carnage
What Rule Was Broken ?: Peter 2E and Cobrahill 3A
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, there is no excuse for combat logging and with the VDM he diddnt try to RP the situation he just went for the gun of the dead officer.
