PERSONAL PROBLEM - Server thinks I´m using a VPN.

Good day.

I have moved to student housing in the Netherlands and I am using the internet which is provided with the housing.

For some reason or another the server firmly believes that I am using a VPN or a Proxy.

Is there any way to fix this from my side or can it be fixed from the server?

Our third party provider for IP information has now corrected your network's classification.

You should be able to connect to the game server and Teamspeak once they recheck your network's status.
Teamspeak may take up to a week and the game server might be faster.
