In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for talking poorly of the development team.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

When I was first banned I moved to a different community which ended up failing, at that point I was playing attack and defend occasionally but mainly talked to friends through a different teamspeak server and played CSGO. After about 1 1/2 months of being banned I quit Arma 3 all together, Arma 3 was at one of its lowest points I have seen in years and there was pretty much nothing that interested me left on the game. For the past 4 months I have been playing CSGO and Battlegrounds with people who previously played on the server. More recently (past month or so) I have been spending lots of time preparing for my upcoming exams.

Why do you want to return ?

Firstly 6 months is a long time, in 6 months I can say my approach to situation has certainly changes. I am now defiantly more mature and I can see the errors I made when playing on the server previously. When I had an out burst in the teamspeak it came out the wrong way, I was not attempting to offend any one or say people putting countless hours into making the server a better place and genuinely enabling the server to expand. I want to return as I love Arma as a game, as I said previously, there are no other good servers left of Arma hens the reason I quit the game. The main reason I want to return to the community is all the great times I have had on the server and I want to see where this server has got to. I want to return as I have nothing to do with my limited spare time and I believe returning to the community will allow me relax. - I have seen lots of new great changes.

Why should we unban you ?

The reason I believe I should be able to return to this community is that I did not mean to say what I meant. The way that I delivered my opinions was completely wrong, as I said previously, I have learned over the 6 months how to deal with situations more maturely and my overall attitude has completely changed. I believe I should be unbanned as I was genuinely trying to help improve the server but I completely understand that the way I delivered my opinion was completely wrong. Another reason is because I want to return to Arma 3, within the change logs and recent posts I can see that the server has came a long way in the last 6 months and I want to be apart of it, I never intended to create drama within the community - I am once again truly sorry. Finally I would like to make a formal apology to everyone I offended in my out burst, I know that the development team spend countless hours working on improving the server and the community as a whole. - Thank you for reading my appeal

So.... Were you hoping that we forgot about the NHS documents and what you did to NHS members?

So to list it off:

• You deleted NHS documents
  
• You stole NHS documents for usage in that new community you mentioned
  
• You harassed NHS command by spreading pictures of them from their personal social media.
  

Any one of those things would get you 1.6'd on it's own, never mind your comments on teamspeak in addition to all three of them.

I assume you've got some fantastic explanation about how you were angry and immature and you're so different now right?

Okay to begin I admit to deleting 1 NHS document. You have stated 'documents' from my knowledge I only removed one of the documents that I had made myself, I may be incorrect. Even though I made it myself I know that it was for the NHS and I had no right to delete it, I apologise for that.

In relation to the 'stealing' of NHS Documents, yes I did download the NHS files but the documents made for the other community were extremely different to the NHS Documents at RPUK. The other community was quite different to this one so copy and pasting the documents would make no sense in the first place. Even though it was not right of me to do so I deleted it out of anger, for all the time I had spend making documents as such and then for it to go to waste.

Finally I have no reelection of spreading pictures of people from their social media, since I do not have anyone from the NHS Command on social media apart from when I was in the Whatsapp group, if it is in regard to someone Whatsapp profile picture I believe that was taken from a different source. 

If I have caused any distress to anyone within the NHS I am sorry, I never intended for something that I started to have such a big impact on a group of people.

You was fully involved with it and as you admitted but we already knew from logs that you deleted and edited documents.

As for your little outbursts in teamspeak you came across as a little kid who couldn't have a toy in the shop, Kicking and screaming gets you no where in life, It wasn't for the good of the community it was just what you and your buddy's wanted, It was a massive waste of time and many people involved with the meeting felt embarrassed to be in it.

You personally cemented your position in the not to be unbanned list the moment you tried to cause harm to this community.

You've wasted our time enough.
