The below is what i sent in an email to RPUK, Unsure if this has been received as I havent received a reply. (The email was directed towards Wilco)


So 10 weeks ago I posted a status that was written in frustration that targeted the staff team and my believed bias. My point was that whitelisted factions are afforded far more protection from bans than normal civilians.
I had spoken to vladic regarding this and he seemingly agreed with my point and said that there was talks going on behind the scenes regarding this.

- second reason as to what I think contributed to my ban was the facepalming of your post on the ‘make rebel life great again’ thread. Now in my defence, I was at a pub quiz that evening and only saw the notifications from the thread. And had not spoken to anyone regarding it before I facepalmed you. It was only later that night when I returned home and was confused to why I had a forum restriction for ‘spamming’. It was then I heard about a status update you put regarding the facepalms.

- thirdly was my behaviour in the community meeting, which could have come across as hostile. In my defence, I believe I get along with the majority of the staff team and I would never intentionally cause them offence. My attitude was simply the product of frustration and believed inaction from the staff team.

- lastly the facepalm that I believe led to my ban, well simply put, I disagreed with what you said but I was unable to post a reply due to my restriction so used the emote to convey my feelings.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

LoL, Work, Holidays. (its only been a month, but im unsure as to the circumstances regarding my ban)

Why do you want to return ?

Obviously I have a lot of friends here. I enjoy my time within the community And i want to play alongside the community with the new and exciting updates

Why should we unban you ?

I believe i should be unbanned as despite the way i've gone about the things, i've always had the best intentions for the community. I've got a few bans/warnings on my record (never for the same thing twice, so hopefully that shows i learn from my mistake)

I believe a difference in opinion helps to progress things forward, And hopefully whoever deals with my unban knows that i had no malicious intent with my actions, simply offered a differing opinion.

@YoCo Unban I think your intent was to force the hand, provoke a reaction/response

Your chatlog at the community meeting wasn't the best, you seem to act up in front of others when usually your quite reserved, for someone who came back from a 1.6 i expected a continuation of that reserved approach.

I am all for improvements and change but there is a certain way of going about that rather than banging every desk you find.

Yes, because i was forum restricted at the time, definitely my intention was provocation.

In all fairness, I believe i act up in front of people, simple because i want whats best for the community.

Echoing your last sentence, yes there is a way of going about doing this and i have perhaps gone about it the wrong way.

@YoCo Unban How is contributing to a negative environment best for this community ?, Our staff and community should feel comfortable during a community meeting.

Not have to deal with bunch of entitled children with demands ?

@Wilco my intention was never to create a negative environment for anyone. However, I can understand how i've done this and its not something i would do in the future.

I went about it the wrong way, so i'll be more careful with any suggestions henceforth.

@YoCo Unban  Oh i disagree I think it was, It was a group effort I know you all discussed your issues together beforehand before you started making a fuss.

The same group of people have been targeting certain people on the forums with face palming everything they wrote, so much so we had complaints, one person even left the community over it.

Is that good for this community ? If that's the type of community people want to be part of then I can recommend one right now that you can all join, You will also never need to worry about being banned for more than a week their too!

I thought you were a bit more switched on than this to be honest, You seem to not compose yourself very well in groups with others... you really need to work on that.

@Wilco Right, so I know you appreciate honesty in these appeals so i'm just gonna be as honest as possible. 

I get what I done was wrong and stupid, but was it THAT bad? I acted childish and face palmed you, I let my frustrations get the better of me in the community meeting, and I didnt raise my issues in a constructive manner.

Firstly; The face palming was a stupid thing to do obviously, I knew what i was doing and I was trying to provoke a reaction. (obviously i got one) xD
Secondly; the community meeting situation  was a collective issue so it seemed bad, As I've previously stated, I get a long with the majority of the admin team and would never want them to feel uncomfortable. If i remember correctly, I was speaking to a few admins in PM's while this was going on to make sure that everything was okay. If I did make anyone feel that when, then obviously I apologise.
Lastly; As for the forum post that I put where I raved about the staff team, In all fairness, As i've said to Vladic I was drunk at the time of writing that.

As for the face palming someone til they left the community, to my knowledge myself and that are person are on friendly terms and get along well. and this is something that I would never want for anyone. 

Hopefully you can see that I understand where I want wrong and that I never had any ill intentions towards any of the community members. In future I'll be sure to conduct myself in a more mature manner.

@YoCo Unban Yes it is pretty bad, having to constantly have your name crop up... its a waste of everyone's time, Why can you not just settle down and enjoy the roleplay ?

I know your facepalming was to provoke a reaction... and yes you will get one from me its not worth even trying! It takes me seconds to issue a ban and yet here you on a month or so on

If someone is lets say "considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues" then your just going to be met with a 1.6 as the rule clearly states, With your record and community meeting notes and you pressing the face palms like some sort of attention seeking teenager it was extremely easy to satisfy that valid reason.

I am going to unban you but I consider this already too much after your history, You returned here on a golden chance and yet here we are again, If your banned again for anything other than a general rule about something that happened in-game I wont be entertaining an appeal.
