In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Before I start I want to add I have had 2 previous Forum accounts "Noble" and "Xkan"
I was banned about 13-14 months ago for something I didn't do, I had 2 bans on record previously. one for teleporting (I was new to the server and was stuck in zaros and wanted to bank my money before logging off completely) and then on a secondary term for "RDM" where I was at the rebel shop and was told I was allowed to shoot while in the red zone, I saw a heli coming to land so I fired warning shots (not hitting or aiming at it) he threatned me in chat saying i'd get banned if I kept shooting so I stopped and apologised, he then repeatedly tried ramming me in the redzone presumably to try to get my name and I was banned but later unbanned.
For my last ban I was banned for something I didn't even do. Me and my friend were robbing a truck coming to the oil trader, it was less than a minute before server restart so we had to be fast, he comes out after making 2 runs to his truck selling a bit of it, I decide its time to go in, I run up to him shouting "GET DOWN GET DOWN" he runs for his truck and at this point I suppose he jumped into the driver seat as I aim down the sights I shoot out his front tire fast and he leaves the vehicle and surrenders himself, I ask him calmly to put his hands above his head and he complies, I did not shoot AT him, I shot his tire out while he tried to escape. once he complied my friend came around the container and Shot him in the back, I flipped and asked him why he did it and he responded saying he thought I was getting shot at when he heard the shots. Nonetheless we agreed that we were going to comp him after restart but we were both banned when we tried to log back on after the restart so we didnt even get a chance. I also made the situation worse by asking Neo to look at my appeal as there was a 7 day wait to get reviewed since so many appeals had built up and it would lead to me missing the half price sale i'd been waiting for.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Why do you want to return ?
Because I miss the community, I've played on different servers and while the super strict rules got me banned I can definetely see they're there for a reason, I've had my best gaming experiences on this server and I have alot of great moments from my time on it and I miss playing with my friends who quit playing on the server at the time in protest due to my unfair ban. we tried out different things and it was never the same, the community here was just so unique, I used to spend every day for several months on the server. I'd love to have those kinda moments I already experienced again. Even during all the time of me being banned and have friends jump on ArmA i've always recommended them this server as this is where i've had my best experiences.
Why should we unban you ?
Because it's been well over a year now and I feel like I did nothing to be banned in the first place. I've written perhaps 20 long appeals and they've all been rejected. I've never once tried to make the experience less fun for anyone on the server, I've never been rude and I did alot to help new players, I owned a house right infront of the DVLA in Kavala and I used to meet a ton of new players asking for advice, I'd give them a bit of money and usually take them on copper runs and split the money with them to learn the basics of the game and to get going. I promise, if you do choose to give me this extra chance I won't make you regret it. Thank you for hearing me out.
