In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

First Ban Reason: FailRP and RDM. Myself and my friend went around together and wanted to cause havoc on the server and rob everything we seen.. We noticed a couple trucks doing copper in which we decided to initiate and rob them, they didn't comply for around 20 seconds and we openned fire. Around 1 and a half minute later during the firefight a truck left the mine heading north bound. We followed him for a minute and then openned fire on the survivor. Keeping constant eyes on the player.

Second Ban Reason 1.6: I got banned after a situation involving a masterform code, I messaged Masis an ex-admin asking for a masterform code as a joke as at the time we were joking around about ex-members of the academy (A constabulary myself and Masis were apart of). He copied and pasted a message which said "yo give me joes code" to a channel which was taken out of context by Fluqi, in which i was 1.6'd.

Accusations recently: I have found that I have been accused of leaking emails from a PNC, I completely deny any of this and if the accusations are by RPUK Staff or is just rumours, then I hope you can trust my word. I didn't have access to any PNC on my time here.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I personally have not been doing much, I've bopped around different games like Siege, PUBG, Fortnite and practised on my game skill. I have watched around 10 series' on netflix and another 6 on Amazon Prime. I have joined Police Scotland's Young Volunteer program in which I've spent most of my time working with and alongside to help my community.

I have recently been awarded a college course for Policing which starts in 6 months time.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to get back into RPUK and just try and chill out along with the other games I play, I have bought a new PC which is a complete beast and putting Arma 3 to the test in playing on the RPUK Servers. I am not a person to break rules and I enjoyed playing here on my time. I dont' know how active I will be but it would be good to get back into the community. It would be a good return to the game.

Alongside that I have also been given a college course which starts in 6 months and I think that RPUK will be able to kill some time while I wait for it to start.

Why should we unban you ?

I have never broken any rules other than these two bans which have lead to my Community Ban and at the end of the day I am not a toxic person who gets involved with this kind of shit. I agree that I have been around with a few toxic crowds but not to do with RPUK. I want to get back involved with the Police If I am allowed to do so. I have quite a few friends who play here and can vouch that I'm not a malicious rule breaker and I am here for the good quality Rp that can be provided.

@Virtue I am sure you are aware before you took it that by taking a staff position at a certain shitshow there is no return here.

During your time there I know you would have turned a blind eye to some individuals that were causing issues here and took no action, most probably most that you would call friends.

Why would we want someone like that back here?

In the communities that I took staff on, I never noticed any rule breakers come over. To be honest I never kept tabs on RPUK. From what I knew on that community there was the same policy as you have shown here, which is public image. If they represented us in a bad way then they were punished for it. In my time of Staff elsewhere there was no notice of the incidents that you mentioned above. I didn't turn a blind eye to the rulebreaks where I moderated.

No need to bullshit me, During your time there multiple banned players who were considered your members were signing up daily on these forums posting racist things, it even spilled over onto youtube and the desperate policy of turn a blind eye kicked in.

That says to me you were a shitty admin, you enjoyed the toxicity... the fact you helped such a shady setup says a lot about you.

Anyway going back to the PNC stuff there are several screenshots and several links back to you... even when put on the spot you blamed a "pal" yet we all knew it was you.
