In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

First of all, the 1.2 ban i did not deserve as i was not being homophobic in any way. I said "No Homo" and then the admin thought i ment as in "i dont want any homosexual people" which is very wrong. I tried explaining what i meant by it but he wouldnt let me speak and just banned me without letting me speak and explain myself. But i did break NLR however. I got killed and then just ran back to get my car and thats how i broke NLR.

Again, this is more of a complaint for an unfair ban

cause i didnt break 1.2

Why should we unban you ?

This is mostly just a complaint for an unfair ban as i was nowhere near homophobic. I didn't get a chance to explain myself. But the NLR part i think i should get unbanned for cause i was just trying to get my car back realy quickly. It was like 2am here in Norway when that happened and i was getting really tired, so i take full responsibility of that part, but if i get unbanned i'll give you my word it wont happen again. If i dont get unbanned i think i at least deserve a normal ban instead of a permaban because the permaban was pretty unfair.

@Validsalad here are the notes on your account:

Noticed in chat "Looking for hot nhs members in my area" & "no homo", which aroused my suspicions i started to observe, he was downed by kav crane, he was then executed and says "go on homo" to the gunman, respawns & immediately returns to his vehicle next to kav crane breaking NLR. Upon checking BM has previous for homophobic remarks. Banned for 5.3 NLR Returned <1km within 15mins, and 1.2 discrimination.

I never said "go on homo" and no homo is not homophobic and the "looking for hot nhs members" thing was just a joke.

So let put the discrimination aside for a moment, when the member of the staff team watched you they witnessed a 5.3 rule break

Honestly, i just wanted to go get my car, it was 2 or 3am and i was very tired, but i was having fun in the server so i wanted to keep playing and i couldnt move really fast without my vehicle and the vehicle was too close to the garage so i couldnt go there either and i know i could just spawn at Athira but i didnt really think that far as i was tired so i figured id just go get my cat and get out of there asap. I do know that i broke NLR and thats why i think i deserve a ban but not a perma ban. I know this is not much of an excuse but i was tired and just wanted to play.
