In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Hello there first of all i would like to say thank you for reviewing this. I will explain when i got banned and what i was currently doing at the time then the reason why i believe that i was banned. It all started off with me having been on the server for about 5 hours already today. Where i was doing my potatoes for one of my barns when suddenly i get banned/kicked by Kempi Anderson for rule 13 having been broken. Yet when i reviewed this rule as the rule stats: (13) Advertising - Advertising any of the following services* on our servers/website/team-speak or social media groups without permission is ban-able without appeal. Yes you guys don't need a lecture on your own rules. But i was banned for this rule, even though i will deny me breaking this rule. At no point in the time when i was on the server today, i did not send any link to anybody i check the recordings of me playing for 5 hours and found nothing. Now Kempi you may had banned me for this reason even though i had not done it yet i took into conclusion what i had posed on the mayors office regarding something offensive. Which in all honesty after me having posted that at the mayors office i did ask you in person as well as admin's that were on the server at the time saying "is this appropriate". You came over and started laughing then said to me "think before you speak" then you drove off. May i just say i do consider what I'm about to say is relivent to this. On my mothers side i am half Arabic yet that is not my chosen religion but it runs in the family. I have been to Saudi Arabia many times and i have many friends from there. What i posted which is still up now regarding x,y,z what was said. In no way means did i mean to offend anyone, anyone at all. In all honesty i don't know a single Muslim that plays this server since my main role-play charter is a Saudi warlord (irreverent) as well as this me also tossing Arabic words to practically everyone i see on the island when role playing. Yet then my overall conclusion to why i was banned was due to what i had posted at the mayors office and Kempi had banned me for rule 13 while he discuses the consequence of me having posted that give time for the management team to review the information. Then Wilco community banned me for rule 1.6, "here to cause issues".
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
For the past 2 hours after i got banned honestly i just staring at my PC shocked and and in so much regret. I then went to burn off some energy regarding me getting banned on RPUK
Why do you want to return ?
I have gotten to the point now where i really could not care about losing gear, I have reached what i call the climax zone where by I only look for role-play and good forms of it. The joy i get when i see and do good role-play with others is amazing. This server out of all the other serves i have played the community and role-play is un-like any other. I have made some of the greatest friends ever on this server as well as this i have had some of the best times of my life on this server and some of the funnest times. This server means everything to me the community means everything to me. I only wish i had not even woken up this week just so i could stop myself from typing that specific comment i made at the mayors office. The staff, people, and overall community is something i deeply love and care for and is something i will not find anywhere else on this game. If only i could return to all of that.
Why should we unban you ?
Here i will be talking about the chances other admins have given me in what i have said before to others regarding me saying a racist as well as another word due to my personal condition when i get reasonably exited. About 2 weeks ago Harry White caught me while he was speculating over Kavala harry defiantly caught me saying the N-word once when i was loudly swearing to Poseidon in Arabic and teaching them Arabic words. Yet i got over exited and was creating a lot of drama. Due to me being the attention seeker and me at the time being very over exited when Poseidon called me something regarding a hobo i lashed back at them swearing at them in Arabic then i said the N-word. Which after me saying so Harry pulled me out and had stated that apparently i had said the F-word multiple times in direct to other people which i looked back on recordings and found nothing yet i will not argue. The reason i have stated that is due to me after what Harry had said i did learn how to control what i say much easier now. I am much better now then i was yes 2 weeks thats not long. Yet i have looked at other stuff to change my sudden emotions but i will not go into details. May i just say that i have gotten to the point in RPUK where I am only looking for role-play since capital is not an issue for me i am very much looking for good quality role-play and leaving that rebel life behind me. I am stating the truth what i typed in that mayors office was way to far out of proportion. After me having posted it and reading it only after that did i msg the admins and Kempi to review it where i then got his statement of "thin before you speak". I know me just saying honestly or i understand will not cut this at all. I do get why i was banned yes this possibly upset someone that is from Saudi Arabia that plays in this community. All i can say to the poeople or someone that i offened is أنا آسف جدا لله
Ill let you admins choose my future on this server. I know i have had way to many warnings an am way past that point now so its un-likely this will get accepted. After reviewing the disgusting comment i made at the mayors office. To Wilco in no way means did i mean to offend anyone i am truly truly sorry if i did. The worst thing is, is that I'm insulting a country that shares the same type of people, the same religion, and lastly I'm insulting not only people from that country but my overall friends from the middle east.
