In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

i was banned for requesting a refund of donations made through paypal.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

i have been dealing with personal issues, finishing my 3rd year of uni in computer science and i have been working to pay for my rent.

Why do you want to return ?

i want to return for no other reason than the fact i enjoyed this server and is my main go to server for arma 3 life servers, it has given me soo many wonderful experiences that i have enjoyed and allowed me to make great friends. further more this server has and always will have a special place in my heart for the countless hours of banter and enjoyment i got out of it.

Why should we unban you ?

I 100% take responsibility for requesting a refund and violating the terms in which i had agreed to when making those donations, and i had no intention of requesting a refund ever for the donations i made because it was 100% genuine but i was in a bad financial situation at the time and was dealing with a bit of personal problems. its all behind me now and i have dealt with, thanks to friends and family helping me out. i am a geninue person and i believe i should be unbanned because i have always been able to give and receive amazing rp from this server, and now i have comeback to arma 3 i want nothing more than to rejoin the server and its community once more.

@Wilco i put in a dispute on paypal, so that i would be refunded the money. i did that so that i could pay my rent before i was evicted.

i accept full responsiblity for what i did, and understand it wasn't right for me to dispute a donation. it was a scummy thing to do.

That's not very detailed at all, Care to explain to the community what you put in the dispute on the payment you made in April 2018 but disputed in October 2018

 
@Unban_Ronin In the claim to PayPal on a donation that was over 6 months old, you advised them that you made it by mistake

There was no contact from you other than that claim which went against you, It was extremely dishonest of you

I am pretty sure you knew that doing something as shady as that would be the end of your time here.

 
@Wilco your right, it was hella shady and scummy of me to do that. I should have talked to someone, but i didn't want to involve anyone else in my personal problems. i understand what i did was unforgiveable. i just want to say to everyone in the community, that i am truly sorry for my poor handling of the situation and i want to apologise especially to you wilco for acting in a snakey way, i should have informed you at the very least. i truly do love this community and its members. all i ask for is another chance.

 
@Unban_Ronin I have had a thought about it and decided to give you a golden chance, You are however coming back not in a position of trust.

If you do decide to join a faction then there will be no promotions for 6 months, I also expect there to be no bans within those 6 months as it will be unappealable.
