In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Lack of disrespect for the rules, i broke many rules under the assumptions of either "nobody will mind" or "it doesn't effect role play". It is a stupid mindset to have whilst playing.
I like to be thorough with these things so im going to go through my bans and address them.
1. 1.2: i was banned under 1.2, by making a racist remark in side chat. in that ban appeal we addressed that the situation showed i did not say the word with malicious intent, it was a stupid mistake made in a joking manner. (however, i do not disagree that it does represent slight lack of respect for the rules. but at this point i did not know any better). It is extremely obvious why this rule needs to be in place, we have moved on past the point where racism and discrimination is anywhere near acceptable.
2. 2.12: Now this is where i take full responsibility for being a potato. i think less than 24hours after being given a massive warning for messing up a HM robbery that was being role-played perfectly, i jokingly robbed a medic and knocked them out. Although it was my friend, it was so unbelievably stupid to do it that im surprised i was capable of thinking of that idea in the first place.
Medics keep the role play flowing, not only are they an essential cog in the wheel of role play, but they extend it into non role play situations. Medics need to know that they are safe to be able to do this and maintain their high standard. If medics were allowed to be robbed, taken or shot they would spent a large amount of time making sure they are safe before they start doing their job. that would disrupt the flow and would end up being a disaster.
3. 5.3: Oh boy - i dont know what to say about this one, it makes me cringe to think of a way to explain it. It is exactly what it was, a clear lack in respect for the rules.5.3 is part of the NLR rule that dictates re-spawns. in this situation i had just laundered 12M in cash, and was flying away when a teammate crashed into my heli, we were both downed but were picked up. we flew to a medic ( also shouldn't have happened, i have been keeping up with the change logs and see that it shouldn't happen as often anymore) but the medic ignored us, took off and flew away. The normal, responsible next step would be to either follow the medic to the hospital or fly there out self's. We didnt do that. We flew back to our gang base, and i respawned at the gang base ( breaking NLR) and tried to pick up my money. ( i picked up 250k out of the 12M). Being blinded by the large sum of money that i had just lost, not only did i break NLR but i recorded myself doing it and uploaded it as a com request. im shocked that i ever actually did that, and not only does it show a lack of respect for the rules but it also shows a slight disrespect for the admins and for that i am sorry. without NLR, the game would end up being a deathwatch. any gunfight would get swarmed and role play would collapse. it is one of the most known about rules to people who have not invested many hours into role playing for a good reason, it is one of the pillars of role play in any community.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Nothing much to be honest, i switched to more casual games than my usual lot so i could focus a little more on the last few months of my Alevels. I tried to check about on the forums at least once a week since my ban so i could keep current when it comes to my time to write my last appeal. Other than that i had a great Christmas and a sick new years, i hope you guys and girls did too

It was nevert under any serious intentions but it was nice information to add, i went onto ts and PMed an admin about it. I cant remember your name but i am sorry, i feel like you cough the wrong end of that and maybe misunderstood it but you stopped me from replying so i could never address it, if you want me to im more than happy to talk more about that but i hope you understand that i was hoping youd remember my name and role with the joke when you saw me!
i also made an infistar post, i am also 100% happy to talk about that but for other reasons i wont talk about it on this.
Why do you want to return ?
Im into the last 4-6months of my a levels now, and so i want to play a game that is on a little more casual blade. ive kind of planned on doing this for the last 4months or so, its just a nice game to play and a nice way to spend time that you have free, without making a massive commitment that youre going to have to keep up with. its much easier to keep up a persona over a course of months than it is to keep playing competitive FPS games!
Why should we unban you ?
Not only do i have a perspective on the rules now that i didnt before, from reading other appeals and changes over the last 6months, but ive always tried to contribute to role play when i was playing, i would have and never did make a conscious effort to disrupt the flow nor did i ever go out of m y way to make somebody els' experience of me, my group or the server degraded.
Hopefully this isnt written in a boring stern tone, but i pray i get to see you all in Kavala soon!
