In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I were buying stuff at reble with my Gang, someone landed in a Heli and we initiated. My friends opend fire so i did to.. One of them had a Video as ^"proof" which i think was really missleading because of the sound. The helli engine combind with skype, talking and bad sound quality killed the sound.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I've been playing on other servers and other different mods, like overpock and exile.

Why do you want to return ?

I tryed a lot of different servers, and none are as good as this one. On whatever what type of server the RP is horrible, and that is what i miss and the reason i want to return here.

Why should we unban you ?

I think i am a really good RP player, goes deep into my characters backstory and are fun to play with. I like to help new people getting started and are a great asset to the RP community.

So you got unbanned under the permanent unban once before and then got banned again? It's not really looking great for you in terms of following our rules.

Not really sure what part of the video is misleading though... Yes the sound quality made is basically impossible to hear anything useful but you were really far away and they'd barely arrived when you began shooting. The didn't react to anything at all and their weapons were lowered so a quality of roleplay would suggest that maybe you should have allowed them to comply??? Looks like an RDM to me regardless of shoddy sound.
