In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I have been baned for braking the rule 2.4. I was using an exploit regarding the legal items staying in the trunk of a truck while in garage to move it faster and keep the items.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

In the time that I was banned I took a break from roleplay and joined an Arma 3 Realism Unit. The reson for this is that I didn't want to join another role-play comunity since I liked this one. Even tho it didn't passed 6 months since my last appeal got denied, I hope that this one would be considered since the last one was the wrong type of appeal, normal ban.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return to continue having fun interactions on the server as well being able to continue playing with my friends that I made here. I also would like to improve the comunity by providing the highest quality roleplay. Like me and friend, David Gaming, came up with some good roleplay scenarious about, what we tought, a really nice roleplay story and I want to be there to do this scenarios

Why should we unban you ?

I wasn't aware at the moment that this would be exploit, even tho it is clear for me now that it is. I would not do any other exploits again and I have a better understanding of the rules. I also miss playing on this server since I made alot of friends that I miss. I'll also make sure to not spread any false information, like somebody told a few of us that what I did was not exploiting.

How could you do that when you was finding every way to do your runs quickly by teleporting and switching servers with less people

The teleporting I did it only in this case couse the other two, LunarBeats and Toivo that were with me were doing it and said it was okay. Even tho that is not an excuse for not knowing better. As for going to the server with the lowest people on it, I did it only when my group was doing some mining operation and not all of us could fit in the server that was full. Most of the times I was on server 1 unles it was full.

Exploiting is something we don't tolerate here, exploiting comes in many forms and some more severe than others however, it's still cheating the game and ruining the possible experience of others who could have interacted with you.

Teleporting, I personally wouldn't permanently ban people for it unless their player history came into play, however you seem to have a clean slate.
 

Can you explain to me why we have these rules in place and why they are important?

These rules are in place to prevent people from getting an unfair advantage by making money to use for combat gear or stuff to fast. Also by teleporting you are skipping the RP and abusing an in-game mechanic. I understand that teleporting trucks full of stuff around is not the intent for making them keeping the legal stuff in trunk when stored in garage. 

I also understood to not do something just because others are doing it, since others breaking a rule is no excuse for me to break it too.
And teleporting trucks  or yourself around to get any advantage is wrong and I won't do it again.
