In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned due to the actions of some people in the gang "ket" and due to me having played with them for 2 or so hours and being in the in game group I was banned as part of the Blanket Ban that was put in place.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Hasn't been 6 months but CreatorChris told me I can appeal straightaway due to the circumstances.

*Side note I have ticked the "I confirm 6months+ have passed since my denied appeal." field just to make sure it goes through.*

Why do you want to return ?

I wish to return to try and make my way through the ranks of the NHS and maybe run a few RP events here and there as mentioned in a previous unban appeal of mine.(Haven't got round to this as I only got back yesterday and played for 2 hours then woke up to this ban)

Why should we unban you ?

I think I should be unbanned as I was one of the "innocent" people that got caught up in this that have done nothing wrong and didn't contribute to the mass RDM/VDM/FailRP that some members actioned at an RP event in kavala. I was not even awake and the time and didn't know it was taking place. I had no true intentions to join the gang permanently and only used a gang tag in game so that it was easier to keep track of for staff. I was not on the roster either nor did I have the Ket tag on teamspeak which shows I was not a full member.

So you get unbanned for poor RP and then your next actions are to join a gang who just provide minimal RP to start off a fight?

I was not actually part of Ket, I rolled with them for 2/3 hours. I was not part of any minimal RP situations during those 2-3 hours of playtime. If I had have known this would happen I would not have joined.

I remember you asking permission to attack the blue zone back in the UNMC, I gave permission and I even recommended you for your roleplay that day. 

I know you are capable of showing this type of roleplay, so how come you stooped to a gang with such poor standards?

I'd prefer an honest answer here, did you go with them to just roll in a big gang and get into gunfights with low quality roleplay?

In all honesty I did not have any intentions in being a permanent member of this gang, I only played for 2/3 hours after getting back after a month+ away so I did not really know what gangs where known for what reasons. I simply saw a few familiar names that I knew and didn’t really want to have to go through joining another gang and making friends. Saying as you want total honesty I will admit I do enjoy gunplay on this server which to be fair I think is a common thing amongst most of the players on here. Obviously I prefer friendly interaction and a bit of banter but I am not going to lie about not liking combat. If combat was my number one priority I would not even attempted to appeal this ban, instead I would just go and play another more combat orientated community which doesn’t need named. Simply put I did not know what was going on in this gang and that their reputation had went downhill. If I had have known this I would not even tag along with this gang.

A month before the blanket ban you were given a warning for shooting your own gang members to avoid RP. It seems your standard has really been dropping. How are you going to change that?

I am going to change this by simply thinking twice before I say or do anything as this is such a serious roleplay server it is very easy to make mistakes. I myself have been here coming on two years now and although I make the odd mistake definitely do know the rules it’s just in the heat of the moment people make mistakes and unfortunately I have made a few in my time here.

The condition of your previous ban is that if you were banned for poor RP again you will have to wait 6 months to appeal.

From what I can see most of your bans are from you losing your temper in the heat of the moment. I suggest that you learn to control it because this will be your final chance.

If you keep breaking rules and not control your temper you're not coming back here.
