In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
(EXTRA: I was advised by staff support to put my old profile link as it is a community Ban, I was advised to only use the permanent ban appeal as it isn't normal circumstances/a normal ban)
I was banned from the game servers after an argument with Neo and a clan member in Teamspeak, so in a childish, pissed off manner I logged in-game and shot [Admin] Neo under a clan members name [BG] Ethan (RDM in a greenzone - Hospital Kavala). Adding to this I was in a large drama causing argument which involved my clan/gang BG and the leaders there. After the argument and in subsequent conversations with admins Steph and Wilco, I accepted a community ban for my part in the drama. Which brings us to here 4 years later.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
In the last 6 months I haven't played many games other than the odd League of Legend game. I have been mainly focused on my degree, getting on with life and getting on with my career and post education stuff, and generally growing up.
Why do you want to return ?
After speaking to a bunch of people who I used to play with, and every few months coming back to the forums and TeamSpeak to see how stuff is advancing. I would like the opportunity to play once again I would never play again with the consistency/frequency I used to play with (being on stupid hours and 24/7 on the forums). I am not looking to return to the gun play as some used to play for or how I played in the last days before I was banned, but I am looking for the quality roleplay I believe and a few others used to provide when running and administering the NHS, this is the community I want to come back to. A quality, fun and social environment.
Coming back on the forums I can see how my roleplay and my attitude in which I presented myself throughout the years playing had deteriorated to someone who wanted to be portrayed as an “edgy teen” this is around the time I changed from Stealthee to Rali, and if I am being honest with myself it is embarrassing, and I truly deserved the ban.
Looking back at my time within the community, I can see at the start high quality, high professional attitude when assisting with management of the NHS and was a part of the small original AEGIS team. I then moved towards more “action” roles such as the police and rebel gangs, and then switching between the police, gangs and UNMC. The mentor role was introduced at some point and I applied for this role and got it and left the NHS. From here I got involved with the gang drama more and more, after leaving the mentor team it only exaggerated the drama. Like I said in the first section I want to go back to the professional and quality roleplay environment the NHS and other groups provided.
Why should we unban you ?
As I said in a previous section I have spent the last 4 years banned, and generally growing up, getting on with life. I am looking for a social/gaming community to come and play with my spare nights off, and honestly I miss the good roleplay the community provides, and the good people I met here, and having all sorts of life events thrown in my general direction I truly believe if I were allowed the opportunity to return I could provide high quality roleplay once again.
My plans if I were to be unbanned. Whilst I can not play as often as I used to (basically 24/7) I would at some point like to rejoin the NHS, and work from a fresh start within the community, and become a valued member of the community once again to play along side people I used to play with, who used to play and are slowly coming back to relive the old roleplay experiences.
I completely understand the reasons I was banned, taking an out of game ongoing feud to in-game and breaking multiple rules, as well as purposefully getting involved with drama with malicious intent. However after having 4 years off serious gaming I believe if I were allowed to return I could apply myself as I once did to the benefit of the community and stay away from subjects which previously got me banned.
