In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned due being linked to a community of which I was never really apart of (I gave full co-operation to Vladic https://puu.sh/xf4ok/2f376d8ce6.png https://puu.sh/xf4ok/2f376d8ce6.png ). Admittedly I was a DCC for 24 hours as I wanted the tag so I could actually join channels and the only thing I did for the server was piss around with the NHS handbook they had as a joke. I never even joined the server nor signed up to their forums which can be proven by Battlemetrics.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I've been taking time off Arma 3 and returning to another community on GMOD (Garrys Mod). It's a roleplay server where you can do PassiveRP and AgressiveRP. Video below shows a clip of me 2 weeks ago on the server doing the roleplay I do best .

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return as people from this community I play on have landed themselves on the server and i'd love to help them get to grips with how the server works as they come asking me a lot of the time for advice in what to do. The roleplay on RPUK is some of the best you'll find on any community and is something that I do enjoy; i've spend time hopping onto other ARMA 3 servers trying to fill the void for RPUK but have been unsuccessful. Due to this i've left ARMA 3 completely and will only return to ARMA 3 if RPUK is an option for me to take .

Why should we unban you ?

I honestly consider myself as a good guy; I can give really good RP when given RP back and was told i've made one of the best HM documents the CSI (and other officers who saw the document) at the time had ever seen.

Interesting one this is, this was the first server I had ever come across where this was a 'thing'. Stupid idea in my eyes and something I never did. 

Snake test in essence is saying stuff to get you banned. I never condoned this behavior nor did I ever perform it. This might have occurred in my gang however it was not  something I was aware of there was multiple rooms in the gang and I normally would converse with the higher-ups. I have seen the video of someone within my gang doing it and at that time I was in bed sleeping. I had no idea it occurred and what had happened until the morning after and when I did I never came on the server again (only once to sell the gang base). I was really pissed off someone in the gang would do it and it tipped me over the edge and I wanted to take a break because it's really hard running a gang and when you got people like that going around literally breaking rules as from what it seems as a joke drove me up the wall as it ruined our reputation.

As I stated, I only found out this occurred after the video was presented and at this point had already been given to staff. Prior to this I had no knowledge this was occurring. If the video had been shown to myself prior to been involved myself I would have sent directly to an admin level 3+ to deal with.

I would never want nor allow racist behavior or any rude/crude behavior to go on. Racism is something I hate  and something I will always report. 

I will apologize though, the actions of my gang are my responsibility and I should have paid more attention into finding out if people who are joining are racist. I never thought from me speaking to McCree that he was racist but clearly I was mistaken.

Not only is there a sigh when your name is branded around but there is also comments of "was never here to roleplay" 

I do wonder why everyone is popping up at the same time when you've had months to appeal on this apparently "ded server" So enlighten me whats the real reason everyone who was involved with the "sound of the underground" want back in ?

I am honestly quite disappointed with the 'never here to roleplay' statement honestly. I spent multiple hours on writing up gang posts within the gang page and at one point was told by management we (when gang bases where given out to those chosen) where a great gang. Admittedly my roleplay did drop off near the end of playing on Roleplay as the roleplay from our conterparts got worse and worse. We were involved heavily in trying to change this and as a result of being out-spoken where held to a low regard. I always roleplayed when I played originally as I am one who enjoys roleplay but after time the roleplay I received got worse and worse. As you said there is a 'sigh' when my name is branded which resulted in what I was giving decreasing. 

The popping up at the same time is merely a coincidence from myself; the others whom are posting with 'related' bans to myself might all just want to come back to play with eachother however my intention of re-joining the community is to play with those i've met on the community I play on GMOD as of right now. When they asked me what server to play on I informed them of RPUK as it's very similar and actual good server compared to others however as they haven't many friends on this community have been pushing me to get unbanned. Due to this i've taken time to consider wanting to get unbanned and it's finally reached the point where I miss playing on this server and im hoping as i've left appealing so long that people will give me a clean slate and give me the roleplay I once received. 

If needed I am more than happy to provide those that are asking me to play again and you can see they only started on the server 1/2 months ago and come from the community on GMOD I am on currently.

Ok I will give you a chance, however i will suggest that you Roleplay not Ruleplay (playing the rules to the edge) and only go into the staff support rooms if its urgent and not every time you want to discuss something....yes you have a little bit of a reputation with that

I am also going to suggest if you are again in a gang and things are going south then you leave it rather than try to change it... I know thats counter productive but your name as now been "noted"

I am also not pointing the finger but if there are any childish snake references or tests going on and your name comes up you will be gone, We do not do that shit here.
