In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I know i was banned for 2 times in a row and now i am perm banned this is the story of what happened:It all started on 06/29/2016 when both the server and the teamspeak server where being DDOSed i sent a message to a guy, named Vladic Ka, i said straight up to him 'CAN SOMEONE FUCKING FIX THIS' i was talking about the server getting DDOSed and what not as at the time i was getting very mad at it all i am very sorry for doing this and then Vladic said your 'Djucie' and 'your a duper' to me i said 'who is that?' and then he said 'you have the same ip of him' and then said you're getting banned then i was banned from the the teamspeak for "Djucie,money duper." so this as this happens i get upset as i feel that i just got falsely banned and that i shouldn't be banned at all so i come to the forums where i talk to TomtheDoge about the whole situation and he tells me to change my appeal for swearing at someone out side of roleplay if i had been unbanned and banned for swearing outside of roleplay and i thought that he said just change it so i did that then a day goes past and my computer's fan stops working and my computer starts to overheat and lag to much for me to play so i take it back to get it fixed and at this i time i am now on my mum's computer and everyday since i have been banned i have been trying to get on the teamspeak andi try that day it dont work and then i play another game for the whole day and then the next day after that i get DDOSed by some i play with on the other games so my mum changes my ip by restarting my internet as it is a Dynamic ip this day was the 10/07/2016 and i try to do join the teamspeak and it works i get very happy and i start by joining my gangs rooms and they all ask if i am unbanned i said let me have a look and the appeal say's awaiting Neo and i think i should get off as this could be ban invading i didnt go on for 1 day and then because i knew that i could get on the teamspeak it kept on going around in my head and it made me want to join as i would have someone to talk to (This whole time i have been able to play arma 3 as i am on my mum's computer). So i join for a few continuous days and then someone joins my room and says Smartyj is that you your sposed to be banned and then bans me with out letting me say anything and then i get told to re appeal on the forums so i do and i got declined and i now i have awaited 6 months since my 1st ban appeal i do not know if i need to await any longer as i ask and got told that i can appeal on the 29/12/16 so i thought was okay.I believe to start of with i was banned for no reason and therefore i believed that it would be morally correct to re-join the teamspeak if i can so i tried every day i was banned for the reason "Djuice. Money duper. " by Vladic Ka on the UID zen315Kc1cBvwTAjOqNw03ceXCA= I messaged him 1st and then he for some reason said i was djuice and i am a duper when my computer returns from getting fixed i will see if they didn't need to reset if i have the messages still there to show
This is quoted out of my old applaction as i cannot remember about the whole situation some of it has been changed.

Why do you want to return ?
I am bored with the modding community and i have some friends that play on this community and i would love to join back as i was banned for something on the teamspeak i can play on the server but i cannot play as cop or EMS as i am not able to use the Teamspeak. I am truly sorry for evading the teamspeak ban and this will not happen again.
Why should we unban you ?
you should unban me as i have changed and i will not be rude to anyone on the teamspeak any more and i want to do some cool roleplay and i would love another chance on this community i will not do any of this again and i shall follow all of the rules in and out of the game. I believe that i have matured since i have played on here and therefore i believe that i should be able to have another chance
