1.6

This 1.6 was for recording a management member and uploading it to youtube. I wasn't aware at the time of what i was really doing and made this stupid mistake.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

It has only been a month but i have been focusing on family after having my 8 month old nephew coming to live with us for a bit, really working hard in prep for my GCSEs and doing a bit of work on the side trying to earn myself some money to spoil myself.

Why do you want to return ?

I really miss having a sense of community, i've tried other games and nothing quite seems to tick all the boxes like RPUK. I really miss the interactions i had with people on the server, having a few laughs along the way. I also miss my friends that i haven't been able to speak to because of this ban and i really want to be able to have fun with them again on this server and in this great community.

Why should we unban you ?

I think you should un ban me as i am a loyal member to the community who has stayed here since i bought the game. I really think i was a really good member of the community but i slipped up and didn't understand the severity of what i was doing. I really just want to be back doing what i love and proving myself to be a better person than i have portrayed myself to be to management.

If you was that loyal even when banned you wouldnt of went somewhere that from the off just wanted to be a carbon copy of RPUK

Anyway to your actions, I think everyone is aware that you did this on purpose to send to other people, It wasnt a mistake, its also very disrespectful too to upload someones voice without permission, its also disrespectful to sit there playing a game while they have taken the time to come and have a chat.

Why do you think we would want to unban you let alone want to even consider doing so before the 6 months are up ? I personally think your now in the right place, You wont get banned there ever

As for the toxic individuals in question, i have only just met them really. I understand what they did to this community was awful and i wouldn't do anything like that! I may be friends with them but i have a completely different view of this server to them. 

I have been on other servers similar to RPUK, but only because i asked multiple times to speak to yourself or Vladic Ka to personally apologise and  got no where, i even tried to email you guys instead to formally apologise. This made me extremely un-motivated to even try to get un banned here, so i attempted to try other servers but as i said it doesn't tick all the boxes for me. Its nothing like here no matter how hard they try. 

As for the recording in the first place, i uploaded it to show to the fellow leader of my gang who was at work at the time. Rumours were flying everywhere and i wanted him to hear the facts straight. I admit that at the time i did link the video to about 6 other individuals and i am very sorry for this, its extremely wrong but i had no intent for it to reach any further than those 6 others, but i now know when looking back on it, it was the worst thing i could have done at that moment in time.

I do appreciate it is beyond unacceptable to record anyone without permission, at the time it went straight over me and i would like to apologise to Vladic Ka for this. Very disrespectful of me, im extremely sorry for this and hope you can accept my apology. 

And finally, i agree that me playing a game while having one of the staff speaking to me is beyond unacceptable. It makes me look as if i do not care about what is being said to me and i understand that the conversation was serious and i should have had 100% focus on the matter in hand. Yet again, i can only apologise.

Only just met them ? So you didnt met them on the attack and defend server setup for banned members beforehand ?

No you sent it out to 6 people knowing it would start getting shared around, One of those 6 people were switched on enough to send it to a member of staff, even they saw what you was upto.

Drop the bullshit with me, I am not some little child you are used to bullshitting to you, We can see past this.

I didn't meet them on the attack and deffend server, i play there to improve my combat skills not to meet people. Most people on there call me a "Aluk mong" so im not particularly friends with many of them. 

I sent it to the 6 because they were making stuff up, im being 100% honest when i say this but i thought i could trust them but its the internet so i dont know what i was expecting! I am in 100% agreement that whoever sent it to the staff team made the correct call, my head was all over at the time and im kind of glad i got banned to help me settle down a bit and realise my actions were completely unacceptable.

I notice you are online on TS in that toxic copycat community while replying to this.

I have unfortunatly made the mistake of letting some of that playerbase back here which turned out to be a mistake so i have pretty much draw the line, If you show signs you could be a complete waste of time to our staff team while hanging around outside the community with 1.6 banned players on servers setup to host them (Attack and defend and pretend roleplay "communitys") then in the permantent unban appeal process i am no longer willing to give chances.

You have shown those signs and you are infact hanging around with some of the worst human beings we have come across online, We would you think i would want to process this further ? Just because you say you are being honest ?

 
I agree with what youre saying 100%, i really miss it here and will give up playing there and speaking to them if that is needed.

 
Oh thats completely your choice, I am not implying that but what i am implying is if you hang around with people like that and just as much say look at someone wrongly in game then bans will be rehanded out.

The fact you even went running over to there instantly tells me how much this community means to you.

I am off out to dinner, Ill consider this appeal later this evening and if its worth letting someone who assoicates themselves with such people even near our community, We conduct ourselves like adults here we do not welcome immature children.

 
At the time i think i was just so annoyed that i was banned i didnt know what to do, at first i was really angry and didnt realise the severity of what i had done until now. I really hope that because of them you don't view me differently. It's just that all my mates stayed here and they were the only people i remotely knew on that server. I only went there in aggression, and now ive realised that its not worth it. As i said before, i am willing to cut off communication with the said people and i know you will really know if I've stopped speaking to them! I don't want it to get in the way of me and my chances of being back here. I feel as if now i have reached the point where i have really realised what means the most to me and i can promise you now that there will be no problems from myself in the future. 

 
I will issue an unban but with the following terms, we have zero tolerance where toxic actions and people are concerned.

  • No recording video or audio footage of anyone on RPUK unless it's for the member support area
  • If you are seen hanging around with toxic people you can no longer be part of Roleplay UK - This is on any platform
  • You will not be permitted to join any rebel/gangs on the server (CIV/NHS/Police only)
  • If you are banned again there will not be any further appeals.

That is great, i want to come back. However i am 1 year blacklisted from White Listed factions (Apart from medics as i joined before the rule was in place). I lied about my age nearly a year ago and it caught up with me, i really want to play here with my friends but they are also underage so i could only play with them as rebel.

I agree to all the other terms

 
So that means you can only play as a CIV only, If you are seen going around with gangs and involved with there operations/ in their teamspeak rooms you will be in breach of point 1.

Is this an issue ?

 
It's not an issue. However is there no agreement we can come to? It's hard for me to have fun by myself and i would struggle to create some of the good old times i had, by myself. If it is not possible, would there be a time frame to when i can maybe play with anyone ever again? I know youre already trusting me a lot allowing me on your server again, but i hope you can really trust me to prove myself.

This is the same terms I have been giving everyone today, However, if you keep your nose clean for a year then ill lift point 3

You and others are lucky there is and unban a tall because to be honest id rather not take risks as people recently have wasted more of our time after being unbanned.

 
Well dont jump at it...you don't need to, I can simply just move this to denied

 
I just really want to play with my friends, but i can wait a year. I'm sure i can find some interesting roleplay by myself.

 
Well they're not really friends if one or two of them won't roll with you on a civ run or two
