In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because I was involved in a teamspeak conversion and mentioned an old gang members first name which led to another person in the teamspeak then finding that persons social media posting it in the chat and then someone else in the conversation calling them multiple times. When the person called the other repeatedly it became harrassment.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have only been banned for a month and a half, I have resolved the issue with the person who chose to ban me. In the time ive been banned ive not been playing games as much I play wasteland every now and then tried some other RP servers. Mainly moved on to rocket league ,PUBG and rising storm 2.

Why do you want to return ?

Compared to all the other RP servers its the best in terms of fun RP as an admin will always sort out anyone who is disturbing the server with rule breaks. I have tried other RP servers but they are full of RDMers and poor RP. I didnt plan to get banned and didnt intend to leave as I love the server and I have the most fun, games wise, when im on this server. I put alot of time and effort into getting my gang to where it is and so id like to return to continue leading.

Why should we unban you ?

To start with I am doing this report now as I have spoken and resolved this with the person and he has said he is willing to speak to an admin to confirm. @Kattana

I was originally reported I think because it was thought that i told that person specifcally to keep calling. When I was banned I was playing with my gang and was unexpectedly invited into support where I was spoken to and essentially banned. I was not given a chance to try and speak and resolve it properly I feel, this was not done by a forum report and I was unable to give my side of the story, I think it was set in stone from before joining the teamspeak support room that I was going to be banned. After speaking with kattana now that he know's what actually happened, we have resolved this, and again he is willing to confirm this with admins. I know it is wrong to share someones personal information, even if it is just their first name and was with people who were steam friends with them, and If unbanned I wont mention personal details again.

I have put a lot of time and effort into playing on this server, I grew my small gang into one of the biggest on the server. When I first started out like everyone I didnt know the rules and made a few mistakes. I am now very confident with the rules and I help new players taking them into my gang and teaching and helping them with them, I always let them know if they are doing or going to do something against the rules. I am always getting my members to try and resolve things from either side of the issue. I have alot of fun and hopefully create fun on this server and love to make RP situations where everyone involved has fun, hostage negotiations especially.

The person who got me banned is wanting me to be unbanned for this and I hope this is taken into consideration.

I've come across this exact situation a number of times and it seems like the type of person to start posting people's private information tends to be the type of person who lacks good judgement in general. I worry about letting you back into the community where you could cause further harm. You seem to imply it is in some way unreasonable that you were banned for this without being able to try and talk your way out of it which accentuates this point somewhat.

If you truly believe this should be consider before 6 months, you clearly think there was something incorrect or unreasonable about it. If you expect the time of day with this appeal, I'd suggest you explain the whole situation (omitting names where possible please...) in order to try and piece this together. I'm currently not convinced.

Sorry for the delay. I was in a teamspeak room with L***, C*** and S***. We were playing and generaly talking then i mentioned something about K*** trying to add me on facebook but i blocked him and how i didnt know his first name was F*** . All people involved in the conversation had K*** on steam and i would say knew him as weve been playing together a while. L*** was able to search and find K*** on facebook by searching F*** and E*** , which is another of K***s names that we alll know as he sometimes goes by that. L*** then posted links to his FB. C*** , one of the youngest and least mature in the gang probs hyped up on haribos, then decided to call him on facebook multiple times. I didnt try to get anyone to find him on facebook and I didnt tell C*** to call him. L*** found him on FB on his own accord the same way K*** found and tried to add me. C*** called him, I was in the teamspeak lobby but i wasnt telling him to call him I dont even think i was paying full attention to the conversation  by that point tbh.

Ill do my part since i got mentioned on this unban appeal, Rob Roberts was involved in a conversation where my personal information got leaked on the RPUK teamspeak by the other AMW members that were involved within the case, the time when i added Rob Roberts on Faceboon we were friends but he decided to block me and idk why, i would say that Rob Roberts didnt actually knew what is going to happen when my name gets released on the teamspeak and the other people started sharing my Picture around and having fun with it while Rob Roberts didnt know about it then everyone was saying that it was Rob but when i went to teamspeak with Robbie and Rob everyone was pointing fingers at him and i made him look guilty about this, and then i got told that Rob Roberts gave my name away but not to make fun of it or anything else. I did accept Roberts Apology since i know him soon as i joined this server and it wasnt actually his fault when he got banned.

All well and good that Kattana has forgiven you on what you did however, sharing someone's personally information online can be done by any form over the internet but we will issue ban's if it's using our services with our community members. I wouldn't consider a report necessary for something like this. 

Stated above all well and good that apologies have been accepted, but for a player who has 3 bans and 3 warnings on their record. I don't think that 2 months appeal from a permanent ban is enough time to understand the severity of this situation, and judging by your history. You don't tred carefully by following the rules on RPUK.

I'd suggest you wait a while longer,
