In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned in the KET blanket ban, we were initiated on so I counter initiated saying if I was knocked out they'd be shot (lost cause) specifically stavik. Apparently it was a case of a rdm when they shot first, ziptying me and Executing me.

Patience was riding thin with our gang as many of us had been involved in rule breaks which I have learned fall under a common sense rule. Wilco had warned us mid gunfight and that was followed up with a ban.

The whole situation was a shit show that I believe could have gone better from both sides. I wanted to talk and witness the event but was initiated on saying if didn't piss off I'd be knocked out, too which I said if you knock me out my friends in the area would shoot you for doing so, just a mere threat to keep myself safe. This was then followed up by a fellow gang member who said the same but they actually knocked him out and ziptied him. To this I could have opened fire but instead tried to talk to stavik. Who knocked me out and ziptied me and killed Me. Executing me with little to know RP

So yeah, I was involved in the last moments of KET

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

It's been around 24 hours in that time I've been studying and playing a little bit of PS4

Why do you want to return ?

No other community can hold its own with RPUK, I had been playing the server for 3.5 years with no reports and no bans or trouble let alone a 1.6 ban, I believe I myself deserve a second chance but ofcourse that's down to admins

I'll begin by saying I am quite disappointed that I was involved in this, as many know I was an MTO in the NHS and was quite involved whilst in police, I enioyed leading patrols and enjoyed meeting new people and role playing. Whilst in the police I stemmed the police career doing kilo foxtrot patrols with a good Friend McLaughlin, we monitored the green zone and made sure people upheld the law, I enjoyed the process of being able to talk to someone wiThout them trying to rob me.

Being involved in teaching new cops how to patrol and how I carry out particular tasks, this stemmed into the NHS during my time on the MTO team. I was in a constabulary which welcomed me with open arms and I had loved the intop patrols which the CI and SI at the time lead. I enjoyed leading and what not.

I had some personal alterations with real life things which caused me to sort of lose my usual time for police activity, I would explain that but I do not want to delve into that on a public forum, I hope you can respect privacy but if you need to know I can tell someone in private.

I didn't have enough time to work with the police as I felt like I was forcing myself to play, I wanted something different and fun, I decided I'd go back to the rebel life, I enjoyed fun with OG but again something happened and I felt like I wasn't enjoying the gang as much so my friends and I left and created KET.

I enjoyed doing runs and I believe no other community has the same level of dedication as RPUK. I have never had a warning before this, a ban before this, let alone a 1.6, I've never even been reported in the 3 and a half years I've been playing this server, I am a first offender and I understand why I was included in the blanket. I was the first one to die in that situation and was not involved throughout

That's not the story that others in your gang are saying, Apparently, the plan was to go wreck the wedding might taking hostages etc, Its not secret that this wasn't a gang setup with Roleplay in mind... So why did you join it?

First thing I'm going to say is that I joined because they're my friends, I can't distance myself from close friends. I know you may say it's easy to stay away from them but it's not.

second of all, I walked over with intent of actually talking and role playing and instantly got told "hands up or you'd be knocked out." That isn't a very inviting way of roleplaying, I replied "mate I don't want to do this. But if you knock me out my friends will shoot you so don't do it." It was all good then all of a sudden I got knocked out and restrained then executed with little to no role play. I don't understand how we were actioned when we defended ourselves as we didn't even shoot first. 

Ofcrouse i don't know what was going through others heads at the time, i do not know what others had in mind, but I ask why I would throw my clean slate record for something petty and stupid like a gunfight? Who would do that.

at the beginning the intent of the gang was roleplay which may have veered off every now and then but that was the idea, roleplay. We had hostages and successfully negotiated to get our demands, we did not deny roleplay in the slightest.

Close friends that have never bloody met before no doubt, In fact i would say most of them know each other via this community ... yet most of them do not see that or care for this place, and finally, the doors will and have started closing.

I wouldn't call disgusting little children friends, in fact I wouldn't want to be on the same server or forum as them ( Thank the management we make that possible)

I am personally not surprised that you were met with that response at the roleplay event, I remember a similar wedding almost a year ago that the UNMC staffed hard to stop stupid people like yourself from turning up and wrecking it, KETs time here was wearing very thin before this day so you nor anyone else who turned up before you was going to wreck it.

I understand you wasn't the first there, I also understand there was no surprises to anyone that KET turned up all geared up.

Sure you did that when you joined a low-quality gang that is more interested in shooting than roleplaying.

Can I just say I am not stupid as you say, I made a mistake by joining the wrong gang? How does that make me stupid in anyway when I have had a clean slate for years now. 

I don't know why you brand me as someone who is a repeat offender when I have never been in the eyes of an admin before, never even reported better yet not even PPC'd on the police side of things. 

I understand KET did things you saw as wrong, breaking common sense rules etc, but you can't brand everyone as that. I'm not that guy to go out if my way to ruin a day. When it's clear that I love the aspect of RP, I used to just sit in the green zone in kavala meeting new people and making interesting RP scenarios, for example. Opening a mobile bar. (Hemmit box full of beer, cider and other things.) I don't know why someone would throw away everything he had achieved for the sake of a gunfight

Where have I branded you as a repeat offender? Your gang are repeat offenders hence the blanket ban... now its all about slowly ironing out who to allow to reintegrate with the community.

I am sure you are aware the situation with the blanket ban escalated once a toxic Teamspeak was set up and the owner of that started coming here telling people to kill themselves, its put a big circle around a few names that were not going to waste our time with going forward.

I am still wondering if you are in that circle or not.

I do not use this server, I use discord nowadays. I've been playing PUBG etc but I want to roleplay again. I can assure you I'm not in that circle, I do not approve of people saying to others they should kill themselves as i myself have lost people because of that and being the last person to talk to someone before they did the act, I do not condone it. It's wrong to tell someone to do that. I know suicide is a big killer of people of my own age, it's the biggest killer of men under 45 in Ireland and the uk and it's totally wrong for someone to try to entice someone to do that mentally or physically.

i did not associate much with the people who did this and if I had known of this sooner I would have cut off all contact to that, it's not a laughing matter and I take it seriously.

If I was to be unbanned I plan on rejoining police again, heading back to the East Altis constabulary, I believe they're heavily associated with roleplay and I want to go back to my roots there, this is the reason I'd like to be unbanned so I can enjoy the server with old cop friends, I enjoyed police and more over the server and I would appreciate being unbanned greatly.

and also there is the idea of me progressing with the medics, I want to move further than just a paramedic, more than a tier 1 air rescue etc. I want to actually play on a roleplay server and not a KOS server that isn't any fun

@ProRoleplayer on the day James got banned and then went a little stupid on the forum you were here defending him, It's interesting how your tone changes in this appeal before you were banned you was all in support of this disgusting little boy now your not in that circle!

Like I said, I felt that first incident was wrongfully Imposed but when he replied to you with a derogatory term I didn't agree with it further. I have never had James on my steam nor a contact in anyway, I am not in that circle as I haven't even been in his teamspeak more than twice, and I wasn't even talking to him. 

I believe I did not talk to him enough and didn't see eye to eye with him on most decisions. I would not say I was his friend in any stretch of mile, he was a gang member and that's it, even then I barely had a run in with him. The incident with the trolling was the first I had ever played with him. 

If i had known how immature he was going to become I would have never defended him better yet I wouldn't have associated with him.

The incident had nothing to do with you, it was not your ban and in the end, all it did was show you defending a racist and disgusting boy who put himself on a list that allows no appeals. 

I will unban you, however, I expect you in future not to be involved with such a poorly thought out gang and i certainly do not expect you to be worrying about other peoples bans it is simply not your concern.
