In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

i believe i was banned due to my incompetence, i un-restrained someone whilst inside a blue zone also after being told by higher ups not to abuse this. i was miss informed and proceeded to do so at my own free will and now i regret that decision. i also then in my appeal instead of stating facts, and i quote decided to "play on time" about how long it actually was and how bad RP was even tho i did enjoy it.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

well it has only been a month, I've tried to keep myself to myself i have posted a few status's to show i'm still around and willing to come back, but other then that i have been tending to my father irl due to possible cancer. also i have been playing Esports for CSGO and working at my new job.

Why do you want to return ?

i wish to return back to my friends and come back as a medic and get some decent RP done and possible work my ranks up as a medic.

Why should we unban you ?

i feel like i should be un-banned due to that i understand my mistake and i feel like i can com back with new RP and make a change to what people think about me already.

Only 1 month has passed, since your denied appeal.

I am a little confused to why you think this is the right time to open a permanent appeal because the set standard from one of these being denied is that the time is reset and you cannot open one until 6 months from the last one.

Looking at the appeal above there really isn't that much new information, So lets start with... Why ... why has this appeal been opened ?

i was miss informed and i am just missing the RPUK server. i suppose i will cancel this appeal and just wait the 6 months sorry for any inconvenience.

@Mr Kittens Without me digging deep, Can you advise who misinformed you and why you think you was misinformed, I am not understanding your appeal or ban for that matter fully.

Looking at that it tells me the higher ups did not misinform you... So who informed you differently ?

@Wilco basically i was on the RPUK website an i read one of your tweets posted by RPUK and i thought that all Bans we're put to 0 days. i didn't realise this was meaning that all the bans are up to date. so i obviously put the appeal in. and the meaning behind my miss informed of the unrestrained was, everyone one was told in the UNMC about the restraints but i wasn't there at the time and the time of my telling it was already to late, i already abused the fact we cold un-restrain people by doing so in the blue zone of NPAS.

Sorry for any miscommunication via twitter, maybe I could of made that a little more clearer.

I do believe faction rules need to be made a lot more official, hearsay from meetings is never a good way to enforce rules or rely on others to do so, We will certainly look to improve that.

So I am going to issue an unban on that factor as I do not believe that was very fair of us, some good will come of this in terms of getting that rule actually on the official rules, plus it is also your first ban.

You now know about this rule and what it leads to, you will also be under the understanding that if you get banned for it again then you have a 6 months wait.
