In your own words, Please type why you think you were banned

Because I accidentally broke NLR. I know what the rule is about but I accidentally spawned in Kavala where I also got killed. I didn't have any intentions to break the rule or go back to my death scene, it was just a reflex because I always spawn in Kavala.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I haven't waited 6 months because I think I have gotten some unfair treatment. I my other unban appeal got denied even though it was a completely innocent accident. And I have seen that another guy got unbanned first try for breaking the same rule as me (NLR) and that's why I think I have gotten some unfair treatment.

Why do you want to return ?

Because I think this is the greatest server on Arma 3 and there's no way I'll ever find something like this. I love this server and I really like to play on it i have never cheated or broken any rules on purpose and I will never do it.

Why should we unban you ?

Because what I did was an accident I didn't intend to do it. And I think I have gotten some unfair treatment because I have recently seen that some other guys who did the same as me they got unbanned and I think it's pretty unfair considering it wasn't on purpose.

You seem to have misunderstood. It is not the fact you broke NLR that got your appeal denied. In fact, if it was your first ban, you would have gotten a unban as long as you realized what you did wrong.

You will find out you have been unbanned in august last year. That was your second and final chance:

Ok make sure you dont, Unbanned for your FINAL chance.

Therefore, submitting this appeal now is futile. You had your second chance, you blew it. Even if it was a mistake, it was up to you to keep your eyes open and not make that mistake. Now you can wait six months and appeal your permanent ban then, following this procedure.

For now, it seems your time here has come to an end. Go in peace and maybe we will meet again if you can convince us you have changed your ways in half a year.
