Hello my name is Kattana and this is my explanation on why i got banned and i swear i will tell the truth and be 100% honest with this case.

So as i was playing on the server casually driving around Kavala with my Hatchback sport and i see this police officer that im sure it was a PCSO led on the street downed and i decided why not to take him with a stretcher and help him out, soon as i got outside the car i forgot that i have a MX on my back and started dragging the PCSO SPC Oliver at that time started talking to me and I entered my car , i heard that Oliver said to me that i have an ilegal weapon on my back and I decided to be cool and get out the car with the dragged PCSO and talk with Oliver but then i saw that the PCSO respawned and everything turned into trouble, Oliver was trying to do his Cop Job by telling me that i have an ilegal weapon and i entered the car again and started driving while Oliver was shouting that he gonna shoot my tires after 1 block i crashed my car and the Police started chasing me and all went down into a 2Floor building me surrounded by Cops , i initiated on them by saying "Dont come up the stairs or im gonna shoot everysingle officer i see" after that i see a Police officer behind my building with a MX running backwards and i decided to shoot on him as he was a threat to me in the case when i initiated their lives , i shot Oliver and killed 2 other officers and Matt+Oliver teleport in front of me saying that we need to discuss what i have done there , i said to the Admins in the scene to teleport me somewhere else to have a nice chat and we teleported to Kavalas Castle "Castro" Matt said to Oliver if he was involved on the situation and Oliver said yes but he has something else to discuss with me aswell and started talking about a week ago when he gave me a warning about Metagaming as i got told to spawn on my GangBase and initiate on the Cops as a hobo and yes i did that , i never knew that ur not allowed to do that since i didnt play on the server that much when the GangBases got released. After having a chat with the Admins Oliver gave me a chance only if i knew what rule i broke the day i metagamed and i was stuttering to speak since i was scared im gonna get banned and everything went out of control, as i was explaining Oliver and Matt by saying "The rule that i broke is by spawning on the GangBase and initating on the cops as a hobo using Teamspeak communication" i didnt mention what rule i broke cause i didnt know as i wasnt really updated with rules on the server. And now i know that the rule that i broke that day comes to Metagaming (4.7) i totally understand about what i did and I highly apologize about the rules that i broke and if i get another chance to play on the server i will do my best to interact more with people and RP more instead of having gunfights only.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Well i joined the community on January i think! Ive been playing as a rebel and nothing else i got banned for the first time by Archie as far as i remember because i tried to rob someone on the greenzone and i did it as a joke since i was friend with the guy that i tried to rob but he decided to report me , i didnt know that the server has rules at that point because i just joined a random roleplay server and i got told that this one is a good one , i got banned by Fluqi i think 4 months ago and since then ive been playing as a rebel and nothing else , being as a rebel of course you get to be involved in many gunfights and sticky situations and sometimes you get involved into alot of gang dramas and i got given a warning by Stuart , Deleter and didnt know that i have more of them! I got reported 3 times as far as i know and they all got rejected instead of 1 that i got given a warning by Gregory i think? that one was because i was in a gunfight trying to rob someone and a random rebel comes to me and with his gun out initiating on me and i killed him straight away (This one i wasnt called on TS to resolve it also). I got in to many troubles and breaking some rules by getting involved into gunfights and to many robberies Daily , i always tried to do something else for a change but never worked out i was always trying to get rid of the problems that was surrounding me! In the last 6 Months i havent done anything else ive only been a Rebel and causing Gunfights.

Why do you want to return ?

About this im gonna say that i really enjoy this community and people around it make it more entertainment , for this month that i was banned ive been in other communities and none of them is mature enough so people will enjoy playing on it , i love this community and make me feel like i got addicted to it and i want to fix my reputation on it so badly and i will do my best and try to make this community better and better because a place like this is legit awesome for some people that never really had anyone to play with, i hope that you guys can trust me one day to give me another chance to fix the reputation on the community since the day i got banned i tried to find myself somewhere else but didnt work out for me that well i feel like this is the place for me to be and i really enjoy to be here.

Why should we unban you ?

Ive been on this server for quite long now and i feel like i know the mistakes that i have done , im a really good guy honestly and i will do my best to not get in this position anymore , i really regret that I haven't update myself with the rules and put myself on this situation . I highly apologize about what i did and i wont ever do it anymore.
About trust issue i understand that aswell , no one can trust someone that does something bad i agree with that but i would love you guys to trust me and give me another chance to play on the server again since the effort i did put on the server playing like 500 hours on it and enjoyed it alot , i would like to start my journey on a bright future on the server and do my best on my journey i have now read the rules and will do update myself with them if i feel like i should thank you very much for reading this and having time for me.
If i get given another chance i will try something else other than rebel and do something decent for the community and fix the Roleplay as much as i can around it.

Your appeal was denied previously due to the repeated issues we have had with you. You were verbally warned by staff regarding reading the rules but were banned in January. A few months passed and then over a few weeks you received about 5 verbal warnings from staff which were noted internally and then were banned again.

You appear to be a problem and I don't see how I can trust you to follow the rules moving forward and given that you previous appeal was denied, you are usually required to wait 6 months before appealing. Why should I go ahead with this appeal now instead of denying you for the rest of the year? What makes you different that you believe you can be a positive influence in this community?

It shouldn't be about rebel life being where the bad RP is and you have to do something else when you come back in order to not break rules again so why is that how it comes across in your appeal? Convince me that you are different.

Hello @TomTheDoge thanks for the reply i would like to add more to my unban appeal now since you asked for it. 

First of all im gonna say that i got told to make a permanent ban appeal , i didnt know i need to wait 6 months! 

This 2 months i am banned i was still around the community on TS and forums i have many friends in the community that i want to hang around with , i do understand that you dont trust me and probably its gonna be hard to convince you to give me another chance. 

I know that you have had repeatedly issues with me and i blame myself for that, i feel very stupid to know that i have a bad reputation on this community regarding to the rules but i belong here. 

After Fluqi unbanned me i didnt have any problems for months and was having really fun as a Rebel and Roleplaying around, i then started work in RealLife and didnt really had that much time to put effort on the server and were playing when i had free time only, i do apologize again about the issues that you had with me and i want another chance to fix them, i do believe in myself that i can do better and increase my reputation for good and of course follow the rules that i need to. 

About the Rebel part that I quoted its because i always wanted to have another Roleplay character than Rebel but never happened since the only people i was hanging around and having fun with were Rebels.

If i dont convince you to give me another chance here, if it is possible i would like to talk with you on teamspeak aswell and discuss this situation, of course if you have time.

@Kattana do not think for a second I haven't noticed the reactions you make on friend's posts when things are not going their way.

Go and read the rules fully and tell me once you have then ill continue this appeal, It will be short and sweet with one very strict condition.

@Wilco I know what are you on about and i didnt do it because of that , i did it for another reason and didnt want to cause any drama. 

I did see that thing were not going their way but that was not the point. 

I did read the rules a couple of times now and will do if i get another chance , i hope you do understand that i love this server and i like being on it , it was stupid from my side about what i have done and ill try to fix it in a good way. 

Im neutral with everyone i dont hate anyone there is no reason why would i , i like people around this community and im glad that im a part of it.

Well done about how you guys take care of things around here its really good to know that there is a community like this exists.

@Kattana Ok, willing you give you another chance, however, there will not be 5 verbal warnings this time, If a staff member warns you once and you fail to take notice it will result in your final ban, there will be no appeals for that ban

Obviously, you just didn't listen before, Our staff teams time will not be wasted again on you, do you understand?
