In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I would asume i have been 1.6 because Jefke V has seen i'm a Map developer on another community.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

It has yet not been 6 month since this ban happened. considering it happened this morning.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return has RPUK is the community i play has a cop. And its where i want to continiu my experience within the police force. and RPUK will always have a special place in my heart even if i'm not allowed to come back at this moment.

Why should we unban you ?

I have been on RPUK for a really long time, and i have had positions in this community where i have been able to show that i'm a trusted member, i'm here refering to my position has a CST in the medics. where we have documents and databases we are not to share with anyone. And until this day i have never shared that with anyone, and will continiue to keep it that way.

Now to clearify has a map developer on the other comunity my work is really simple. i build things. for instance i build police stations. athira square ect.

Now i dont think its nececarly to give me a 1.6 for doing what i like to do when not playing on here.
Now i want to say this is not the first time i have been banned for being in another community.
If i dont recall wrong i was once banned by Vladic Ka once for playing on the server i believe the old CSI Fuel made, i cant recall the name of the server but hopefully Vladic Ka knows wich i'm talking about.
And i did get unbanned afther that. I really hope that can be the case here has well. I really dont want to start 2019 with being banned on here, has RPUK is still my main place i go for entertainment and being with friends.

If you have any questions at all. do ask i will happely explane to my fullest. and i do hope this is why this has happened. if i'm wrong and i have been banned for something else then i do appolegize for well talking about the wrong thing. but hes ban didnt say anything else then 1.6 so i'm not sure what else it could be.

Our staff team last week found that one of our documents was amended without permission and then stolen for another community elsewhere

we have had that community owner coming here being racist as well as other members of that community going on our TeamSpeak and wasting our staffs time.

Anyone in a position there is permanently banned as they have made it clear rather than moving on like normal humans would they would rather steal things, slag off RPUK and login the server and forums to leave racist remarks

I personally haven’t had chance to look into this further but I smell another toxic playground being born.

Good luck to you but you won’t be map developing and looking at our server nor will you be coming back here while in a position of a place who would rather cause disruption than work on there own server.

 
I can understand what your saying, and i appreciate that your taking your own time to look in to this appeal.
What the others have done i'm not aware off, but i will say i personally do not condone nor approve of rule breaking nor document thefts.

I do understand that you want to keep your community safe, and not put it at risk.

Correct me if i'm wrong in understanding you. what your saying is if i want to come back i would need to give up my position there has a map developer?
 

 
Correct, It really is that simple you are in position there and therefore can be deemed partly responsible for seeing you have stuck in that position knowing full well what was going on, I am sure you are aware having been here so long I take our staff teams personal time rather seriously and anyone or any groups who want to waste it I will make sure they won't waste it again.

I am all for people going away doing their own thing, Its what I did 5 years ago.

However the right thing to do is not stealing content from here, is not turning a blind eye or encourage their members to come here and troll the community, and is not come here and be racist which is in this case that communities owner.

If this was a serious project you would of all got on with it rather than the path you have all gone down.

 
I fully understand your point of view, now i do know i'm not in any positions to negotiate or anything like that, and i do accept your way of seeing things.
Can i ask for 24 hours to decide what i should do before this appeal gets its final judgment.

I want to come back to RPUK, but i also do like to work with mapping and general development. so i just want a bit of thinking time to clear my head. because i do not condone behavior has you have described above, and the behavior i did find on a certain persons unban appeal. and i assume you know whos i'm talking about

So for me its a difficult situations, has i feel ive been left in the dark, and getting punched from both sides, due to the behavior someone is showing.

And before you decide if i can have 24 hours, i want to thank you once again tho for showing that your willing to look in to this mater.

If it takes you 24 hours then I do not feel you should be in this community.

We turn our back against racism, insults against other members, and stealing others work here, if that's something your willing to turn a blind eye to then ill close the appeal here.

It's ok making a community for banned players who do not care much about Roleplay to enjoy, we have thought about having a rehab roleplay server before with no rules as a halfway house for people to prove they want to return for the right reasons however we decided against it as there really are some negative people out there and we felt our time would be best served with the people here.

It's not ok to encourage these former members to come here trolling and join in, This Mell0 is something else... a hypocrite! came here a few weeks ago demanding change posting a number of status updates then comes back with racism and trolling with other people in positions who clearly shouldn't be in positions.

Its a waste of our time, complete children and they lost their member status here... no one else took that from them there simply is no need grow up.

Most humans would distance themselves from that @John Yellow so a question has been raised about you returning.

No it dose not take me 24 hours to say no to racism and bad behavior. and i mainly wanted time to check up things. but the more i digg well. the further away from that community i want to be. 

And i would never turn a blind eye to it. I was raised better then that. Beside who would i be if i where to say someone is better then anyone else.
And to prove it to you, i'm steping down from there has a developer. has i do not condone the actions of the people there.

I hope by asking for 24 hours ive not put my self in a bad light. has for me the question was never if i suport bad behavior or not. for me it was what to do regarding the work i'm curently working on. wich i have terminated now. 

And i would therefor like to ask if i could have the chance to return to rpuk again in the future when you see it possible

Surely as a developer you were interacting and listening with the members and the team there, surely you knew what was going on and what the people there were like.

If for example I or another member of the management team here started acting like that I know 100% all of our staff team and devs would walk away, it would be hard for them but they would be gone, I also know if any of our members are acting the way some of your's are then bans would be handed out without hesitation.

Just wonder why a 1.6 ban here would make you resign and not your own awareness?

Actualy not really, i have actualy not been talking to Mell0 once, hes aparently away for the week.

The only people there i have really been in contact with is a random developer.
I'm usualy not on during days anymore, has i work night shifts. so i only see thos who are awake during thos hours. and if this had been brought to my attention sooner i would not been in this postion.
 

and regarding your question, i would say that the ban here did rais my awareness of what was going on. beside i  prefere to be muted up and listning to music while i do my work. has i work best with music and no disturbans.

So in a way i'm glad i was banned so i was made aware of what was happening. so i could take the apropriate messures.

If hes away then why is he finding time to troll here.... again his focus isn't in the right place is it.

 
Thats a good question indeed, surly hes actions are showing why hes not a member here anymore, and that should stay like that in my opinion. 

Now i want to say that im most sorry for all the hassel your staff team has been put troue because of all this. 

Is there anything you would like to ask of me for my return to be possible?

 
@John Yellow it still continues... as this is the second time you have ran away with people who have then decided to steal, troll and waste our time I will unban you under the understanding that next time (if you do hopefully its with the right people for the right reasons) you contact us to advise so we can apply the bans at the time and you get a chance to say goodbye.
