Nothing, just really bored without this server every other server doesn't have the rp this one has

Why do you want to return ?

I just miss playing on this server it is always fun when i play...

Why should we unban you ?

I really won't do anything wrong with the last time... I regret that and I've read the rules multiple times so I won't ever do that again...

"If you have had a previous appeal denied and are re-appealing after six months have elapsed, you'll need to fill in the perma-ban appeal form instead."

This should not be a perm appeal, your previous one was timed out because you didn't appropriately respond (or at any point ask anyone properly for help?), it was not permenantly denied. It's also not been 6 months so answering what you've been doing in the last 6 months is a waste of everyone's time. Please read the guide more carefully and submit a standard appeal
