In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I combat logged, not going to lie. I deeply regret it, not going to make excuses as I did what I did at the end of the day.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have been playing on other role play servers and realised just how good this server is. I have played on other role play servers and found that the role play is far worse than anything this server can offer which has caused me to realise how stupid I was to disregard this servers rules in the first place.

Why do you want to return ?

Whilst I know the likelihood of this appeal being successful is very slim I deeply regret what I did and have become a much more mature person in the 7 months since. The friend I was with at the time is no longer my friend and I have made new friends since who I would like to join this server with.

Why should we unban you ?

Whilst I broke the rules and I'm not trying to excuse what I did i would love to rejoin this excellent community with my new found respect for its low tolerance of rulebreaking and what that achieves.

In response to your first question I have been on the other side of combat logging myself and it is extremely frustrating. On top of that I have matured a lot in the months after my ban and my views have changed on combat logging, I no longer see it as a "victimless crime"/rule break and I can put myself in the shoes in the person on the receiving end of the act. This realisation has also spread to all of the rules on this server, they are there for a reason and that reason is for a good role play experiance and for overall player enjoyment. That is how I know that I can assure you that I will never break any rules again as I have changed my attitude on rule breaking for good.

In response to your second question, yes. It surprised me that he also submitted a permanent ban appeal so close to mine. As I am no longer in contact with him I am unable to tell you why that is the case.
