In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

The reason I think I was banned was because I decided to help a friend out on creating a Malden Life server. My role was being a high level admin and to try and get players to check out the server (I did not advertise on RPUK). Members of management found out about this server I was involved in and it had some copied documents which word copied word for word (I did not realise this at the time because I was not involved in designing the website or creating any documents.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

It has only been 3 and a half months since I was banned however I have decided to apply early as I believe I have been away from the server long enough as I didn't intentionally do anything wrong. I have been focusing on my college course in Computing and working to earn money. So overall I haven't really played any games since I got banned and have just been focusing on getting good grades to either go on to university or to work in London.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because I want to talk to all of my mates again as I don't speak to them as much. I have had a lot of good fun on this community by being in all of the different factions. I have many mates who want me to come back as well because they have had a lot of fun and some good memories on the server.

Why should we unban you ?

You should unban me because I have understood what I have done wrong, I know that it looked suspicious me being an admin on another server and playing on here however, that server I was an admin on is no longer a thing and it was about 3 months ago I stopped going on there. If you decide to unban me I will be very appreciative and nothing like this will not happen again.

How do you think we found out .... because members here advised they had received messages from you, Do you think Roleplay UK goes round messaging members of other community's ? It was a shitty tactic and you know it.

As for the copying of documents you was in the staff team there and you knew what was going on so lets not play silly buggers here.

You may have not been involved in design, creation but you decided to stick with it dispite all this blowing up in your face, and that says to me a lot about you as a person and ethics you clearly do not have.

Why do you actually feel we should waste time in unbanning you, Why would you want to join a community you tried to divert members from ?

The messages I had sent to check out the server were to friends and we’re only sent over steam. My intention was never to divert members from at all, Roleplay.co.uk has been my first server to play on so I would never to that. You are correct I was a high level staff, it’s your choice to believe me or not but the only point I found out we had documents that were copied was when I found out about the 1.6. I instantly went on to TeamSpeak to speak to Vladic about it and I took it. I know what I did was yes, a very shitty thing. I did not intend to do anything wrong, just to have fun and to experience what it was like being an admin for a server. To have that level of power. I can assure you if was unbanned you will not regret it, I was a value member of the community and had a lot of fun and also let other users experience fun. 

I have been away from Arma for a while, checking out a few servers now and again but you can understand they are not the same when you have been apart of one for so long and created many friends and memories.

The messages you sent on steam was to Roleplay.co.uk members, The fact one of them approached us shows that even your friends thought it was a shitty tactic.

Again the fact you stayed in that position after knowing what happened shows your ethics, fellow members of your new community was signing up to these forums and being idiots yet you sat there and did nothing in your position.

Not sure at the age of 17 you are even close to ready for any sort of power, it was lucky for those under you that nothing really took off i would say seeing your ship wasn't running clean from the off.

Going to need to have a think about this one, Personally not sure you have any right in expecting this appeal not to be instantly closed let alone expect it to be looked at before the 6 months is up.

Some people with positions lower than me got the chance to stay in RPUK if they left. Whereas, I did not get the chance to stay which is fair enough since I was a higher level. After I was banned I stayed with that community for around two weeks. As I expected it wouldn’t get any players ( I don’t know why I chose to join that community knowing they wouldn’t get any players). 

After being banned from RPUK, I stayed in the position I had because it was fun at the time as I was just going on the TS to play other games e.g. PUBG and CS GO.

Yes I can agree on that I should’ve of done something about it. I did tell them what they are doing was wrong but what else could I have really done as the one spin it was a community manger ( Don’t really know how he was in that position ). As you know we learn from our mistakes and so I have.

Yeah we do learn from our mistakes.... one of mine is unbanning people who thought they could someway take advantage of our hard work, You could of left in disagreement of what was going on but you didn't.

Like i said more thinking time is required.

Touché. If you have already made your decision on keep it to 6 months no problem. But I can just say this... 

I have had time to think it’s not I will be playing on the server as much as I did before but I just wanted to have a bit of fun playing with my old mates again. I’m not up for causing drama, and I was not involved in creating new accounts. When I was banned I left the community alone, I did not do the immature thing and create new TS accounts or new RPUK accounts.

@JackM17 Well no i hadn't made my decision but your response of not being overly bothered about being unbanned and not playing the server much doesn't help it.

I have gone from maybe give JackM a chance and keep an eye on him to not being interested myself and letting you remain on the list of tea leafs and toe rags that have took advantage of our hard work.

You apparently have experience of running a big community.... What would you do to someone who became staff on a community that started copy and pasting your hard work and then turned a blind eye when your own members were causing issues on other websites ?... Actually don't answer that i am pretty sure i have established you have zero ethics.

You may have not been the one signing up the accounts, typing the racist and childish shit... you may have not been the one who copied the documents but you did fuck all about it and remained in your position of staff and should be ashamed... even the founder/owner/management or whatever name he came himself for that pathetic attempt was signing up causing issues here!

For some reason Vladic thinks your worth a chance, I don't see it personally but you will get that one chance and if you are involved in any disruption what so ever or been in a room with people who are causing it without reporting it to a member of staff then consider yourself banned without appeal.
