In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

(I think it was Server 1, it was so long ago) -_-
I think i was banned as me and my friend were robbing a guy in a truck and police came and we logged out :(

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Well, i have gained a lot of knowledge which is army based as well as starting my exams, (intense stuff right). I have also planned to go to uni for a law degree after taking my A-Levels as law is a passion of mine therefore resulting in me probably going for a profession as a prosecution lawyer (due to my morals) and then move up to barrister.

Why do you want to return ?

You guys have the most role-play server out there for myself and other 'Brits' and i made a stupid mistake, I played the server everyday when I could and that would last hours. Actually, im pretty sure I played till 4am just to get some weed runs done xD.

Why should we unban you ?

Why you ask.... Because im ready to not be a little dick like last time and log out when ive done something wrong... Hell! Spectate me with your guys spectate thingy-ma-jigs and watch every last move i make xD. As well as this, I hope you guys may take my offer to mind below.

The deal is that if i combat log again, you guys perma ban me from the server and the website (if possible) this meaning there is no chance of my ever playing again.
(Note)
Also, i am well aware that i did change the story, that was from between precious appeals. This wasnt to just slip back in to the server, it was because I was shocked what happened and tried everything to get back in to play. SORRY FOR THAT :(

Thanks for reading,
Jack

Can you tell me the effects you combat logging had on other players, and why we enforce this rule so much?

Well, me combat logging resulted in cops who were sent out for the call either on patrol or in a nearby station wasted their time. It also resulted in the whole role-play theme/atmosphere to die down for the cops which obviously left them very annoyed at my actions. I would be very annoyed if say for example i hadn't got a single call for a crime for hours and when i eventually do, the guy/girl combat logs, leaving me in the same state as last time.

All of that being said, the reason you emphasize this rule so much is to. (A) Keep the constant flow of role play and general public happiness of the server. (B) Because its stressful when anyone combat logs, especially during a key role play scenario, for instance, during getting arrested. (C) Combat logging is a easy way out of a bad situation, which of course cant be done in real-life, what this server is based on in the first place.

All of this being said, I hope i can get the all clear and see you out there.

Thanks,

               Jack

Good answer, I see that you understand the effects that these rules have and how they impact others as-well as yourself, with this in mind, I'd like you to explain to me that if you was to be unbanned what would your course of action be? how do you plan on being a valuable member of the community?

Well, my plan of action would to be constantly active on not only the server but the website as well. This meaning that i can support all newbies with my knowledge of playing the server as well as teaching them consequences if they were to do so. I would also try my best to get all friends onto the server to make it even bigger in activity as it is (if even possible).

But, not all of this has to be done over the website, it can be done during game play. In addition to my plan of action, i am going to play the server for at least a week before i attempt to apply for a cop profession. If i get granted this role, i will try my best to sort out any problems within the community without having to hassle admins while they are trying to have some alone time. But, not to forget, i can also easily and probably more efficiently report and deal with issues as a civ. This is because people obviously wont commit out of role play problems around people such as cops and paramedics compared to having civs around them, this meaning i can have a wider and more developed outlook on the situation as evidence if it ever had to get that serious.

So from all of this, the key to me being able to become a valuable member of the community is so i can help as many people in server as physically possible as well as on a the website, and create a fun, hilarious or even serious experience for them when joining or even if they have played the server longer than me.

Thanks,

            Jack

P.S,

Nice stream yesterday ("JimJamSunny likes hairy ones!") xD

I appreciate the effort but why try and change your story for your last appeal. Your honesty now will do you credit but I can't help but he hesitant knowing you weren't honest last time. If you were unbanned you would need to go through a probation period of 3 months in which any further actions that lead to you being banned again would eliminate any chance of returning.

Not wishing this to stop you from getting involved for fear of repercussions, I would suggest that you should take some time before rejoining the server to familiarise yourself with the rules ,both old and new, in order to be confident you are ready and understand them all. Make use of the staff on teamspeak in order to help when you are unsure.

Do you agree to that 3 month period as the terms of your unban?

Yes, i agree with the 3 month probation but find it slightly unfair in which i wont be able to have that fun of an experience during the 3 months, now correct me if i am wrong but you and other staff are meant to be promoting fun for players, even if they have been banned but i still do agree with the probation i just feel like 3 month is a tad bit overboard.

You can have fun by all means just as-long as you are not interfering with the current rule set and breaking them. If you won't be able to have fun because you fear of getting banned then this show me that you aren't the type of player who can have fun without breaking rules and ruining other people's game play.

I'm giving benefit of doubt here, If you can be a valuable community member and player without getting into any trouble / bans within 3 months then that proves you are here to roleplay, 3 months it is, unbanned.
