In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for joining a toxic teamspeak. because i got shot while driving to the hm to get more gold. to ask why he did it.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

it hasent been 6 months yet. but ive played some Fivem, and such and just having fun in general. and just focusing on school of course

Why do you want to return ?

Well i just wanna play on the server again tbh. ive not found a new game where i can just play it longer then 2 hours. and i saw that there was a mass unban going on and i hoped that i was allowed to get a final chance to play on this server again. i just wanna play with my friends on the server again because on this i did have most of gamer memories.
and i always said i did not wanna go out with a ban.

Why should we unban you ?

Ive never been a really toxic guy. and from my experience i wasnt a really anoying rebel. they didnt call me a roleplayer and a bot for nothing. Ive always put roleplay over gunplay and people knew that. if i wanna shoot i would play KOTH. I know that you dont belive why i joined that ts at that moment in time. yes its true i have been on that ts alot but thats more because i use it to play other games and talk to people ive never joined that ts to plan any mass rdm's or anything i find it really pointless.

At the time they did the mass rdm i was in the rpuk ts with papasmurf and we where stealing gold from the hm. i got shot and joined the ts (bc i knew they where there at the time) asked him why he shot me called him an idiot and left. i never speak to them anymore. last time was that day when we all got banned. i did join the ts after and still do but like i said before just to talk and play games.


yea i know you gave me the golden chance when i got unbanned for 2.4 and i know im banned again. but i just dont want to end it like this. idk if it helps.
but i might be wrong but in the 2.5 years i played here i never got reported. i did have some warning points but most are from when i started playing like vdm i belive.
i there are anymore things you want to know just ask ill be honest about it.

Ofcourse i have used the word before more in my own language prob. but never in a way to be racist to a person more in a other ways. i know its still not good and all. but back to your question. no i have not used it on rpuk in anyway. i did one time call someone a p but tbh i did not know that it was a bad word thought it ment cunt or something and after that i kinda became a meme that i didnt know the english words.

Well you have used it on our teamspeak before... So a quick and honest answer would of been yes.

So why did our rules not apply to you ? (Our rules which will still apply after a new ban system/mass unban comes into play)

well first off the rules do apply to me. i know that , i have been a member of the community for 2.5 years and like i said correct me if im wrong i havent been reported at all so i have been following the rules. yes i got banned for 2.4. i tried to touch the fire and got burned while doing it (if that is how you say it).

can i have some clarification on this part. because i know i got banned for joining the ts and i told you why i did that stuff. i came clean of me using the n word. but i dont know what u are on about here. could you give me the story where we are going so i know how to respond bc how im reading this its just confusing me atm.

I will try and be clearer

You have been on the RPUK teamspeak while others like yourself have said racist words before, I know I have been told by what you might refer to as a "snake"

You have never reported others for saying racist words, Why ? Please explain

Now im clear of what you want me to explain here it goes.

im aware that you think i should have reported people for doing wrong. however I used my personal expirences as a gang leader. to deal with those issues between myself and those people. i have spoken to them about it. and put my views across why you should not use it in these spaces as it might upset other people. I feel that thats the best way to deal with it, i feel that you should give them a chance before go to the staff and get them banned strait away. i do understant where you are comming from dont get me wrong the stuff that was said did cross that line of a second chance imo. and i should have gone to staff about it. im now a ware in future if this was to acure again.

i can only apologise for my actions. and i hope this made it clear

I would stay away from any toxicity here in future if i was you and make sure you are reporting things.

You was not in the recent mass unban but ill issue an unban as i am satisfied with this appeal
