In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for being in Morrisons when the gang recieved a blanket ban. The blanket ban was issued due to members of morrisons mass rdm/vdm-ing. I took no part myself in these acts, however I was present in the teamspeak channels and made no effort to stop those who did. Upon reflection, I should never of let myself get led astray by a group of toxic individuals and only now do I truly realise the severity of not informing anyone even though I knew about the incidents beforehand. I was banned offically just before the blanketban as I asked staff member Oliver to ban me as I knew it was coming anyway.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

In the last 6 months I've barely been on my PC and especially arma. I have occasionally attempted to get back into the game on other servers however I found that none had the same charm as this one.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return to this server as I feel like its a place where I can truly be myself, and no longer have to conform to being one of the 'cool kids'. I've since realised that at the end of the day, it's a game and nothing really matters anyway. This has given me alot more of a chilled approach to the game, and I hope to prove this in a change of my mentality whilst roleplaying.

Why should we unban you ?

I understand that in the past I was an immature stupid kid, and I think for me to even be able to say that shows I've matured. I now realise the true meaning of playing a game is sit down and relax, and not always take everything seriously. Games are meant to be enjoyed, and I now feel like I'm ready to enjoy the game and care less about the amount of 'frags' i get.

In reference to the racism ban on another community, I honestly can't remember the incident however I guarantee it was down to my stupidity and immaturity rather than any actual harsh feelings.

@h4ndy18 lets start by being honest before we challenge your connections with Buidurd who likes to spam this forum with disgusting things.

Please tell me why a company such as infistar would claim you were distributing copies, We do not use infistar here never will and never have so you ban for that obviously won't apply.

But they must have had a reason, things do not happen for "no reason" so be truthful with me here and ill continue with your appeal, My guess is you were using a paid or free hack when you left here (and shown loyalty to us) while you was playing on that non RP community that kindly houses all our expelled skids!

Regarding my ban for 'leaking copies' it was the same reason as Matt A https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/107393-permanent-ban-appeal-mattt-a-unbanned/

I went on the infistar discord and tried to talk to them and they told me to appeal on the forums. When I appealed, the appeal was denied with no good reason and I still hadn't even been informed as to why I was banned in the first place.

After my appeal got denied I send infistar an email explaining my case, the email was never responded to however it seems I am now UNBANNED from all infistar services and I can now access other servers.

In terms of mine and buidurds relationship, I've only spoken to him a handful of times on steam and even less on teamspeak since we all got blanketbanned. He's still on my steam friends list however.

You followed these toxic individuals to a toxic non RP environment that did nothing but try and recreate this place since day one, I think if you were allowed to return you would just go back in rooms and return to old ways (maybe still the current ways) Have you not considered you might just be part of the problem ?

You followed these toxic individuals to a toxic non RP environment that did nothing but try and recreate this place since day one, I think if you were allowed to return you would just go back in rooms and return to old ways (maybe still the current ways) Have you not considered you might just be part of the problem ?

I know that I used to be part of the problem by my frag centered game-play and horrible attitude both in game and out, however I am not looking to return and do those things. I am just wanting to chil out with a few close friends on my days off from work, I'm not going to go out of my way and cause trouble as I realise that it doesn't hurt anyone but myself

If you are still hanging around people like Enzrah and Buidard you won't be unbanned here, I have reason to believe you weren't just a sheep but part of the issue

I am sure you are aware these people you call friends still waste our time now and again by joining silly little groups or signing upto the forums.

Whats changed is that I no longer have the time nor energy to take Arma as seriously as I did. Since my ban I've matured and grown up alot and when you ask why I didn't chill out before, it's because I didn't realise how valuable time to sit down and relax actually is. I now see that and I'd rather just sit down and have a good time than constantly creating issues.

You mention about me still hanging about with Enzrah and Buidurd, however I haven't spoken to Enzrah at all for months and the last time I spoke to Buidurd was just me and him in a teamspeak channel around a month agohaving a catch up on our actual lives. I came home drunk at 5 AM, and just started messaging people, there was nothing Arma even discussed and we spoke for 5 minutes before we both went off. I would not count these people as people I 'hang around' with as I speak to them so rarely

In general I will try and stay away from everything, however if I know that they are on our teamspeak I will go to the necessary staff team to fix the issue

@h4ndy18 you have history for sharing accounts with banned members... really want to give you that chance but struggling to believe a word, If your roleplay was outstanding then I would have already been there but it's not... your just another unwelcome "fragger" who posts boring frag videos on youtube

I know my behaviour used to be very frag orientated however I also had class roleplay sessions. I have a google drive filled up with roleplay letters and notes that were used in situations.

I also achieved the rank of Paramedic in the NHS, with it being a roleplay faction this surely says that I do have the capabilty.

it shows that I went into the bank with a roleplay scenario (and payday) on my mind rather than going in shooting, which we would have been capable of doing. I feel this shows that my roleplay wasnt always at the highest standard, it has good potentienal and I'm not just a fragger looking for kills.

I am going to unban you and give you a final chance, and it really is a final chance, if you get banned for any association to being toxic there wont be an appeal process, if you get banned within the next 3 months for fail RP or RDM there won't be an appeal process, If you fail to report anything from any banned members you will be rebanned without an appeal process.

To save me effort and time as I am currently going through youtube who are kindly removing "frag" videos took on our server you will remove the frag videos and refrain from uploading anymore from this server.
