VDM, been in a gang that got a blanket
VDM in question (for context; please take note, while I understand the heli is there I make an attempt to stop, you can see this from my speed goes down at the last second. However, I can completely understand its not noticeable from a glance.):

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Been playing on other communities, gone back to my Gmod RP roots and hitting up World of Tanks again.
Why do you want to return ?
RPUK was something I never want/wanted to 'return' to. It's a server i've always enjoyed and something I want to play, it was my first main and proper Altis Life server I played and was a good choice at that.
I decided to re-appeal after watching recently videos which pop-up on my Youtube feed like :

Why should we unban you ?
I would like to go off the reply from Wilco and respond to what has been said. I feel i've been looked at the wrong way as im not a toxic, racist, childish or peer pressured person. I am my own person and I won't let people bully me into doing stupid shit.

I completely agree babysitting is a waste of your time, if I was the owner I would just ban anyone who has shown to be toxic before and would continue to do so as there is no hope for them. However, I don't feel I fall into this category. I am not a rude player and if I didn't care about the community why would I 'waste' my time writing and putting up over 30 suggestions in my short span of playing RPUK?

I slightly disagree with the statement. I've only been in two gangs. One I ran, Ascension and then Ket. From my recollection i've been in no other serious gangs and i'd be pushing to say Ket was a serious gang. As you stated above, I wasn't unbanned from a perm ban a while ago and as such I didn't have much interaction with gangs on the server. Due to this I wouldn't know if one gang was a 'low RP gang' as I had no way of knowing. When I joined ket anything I took part in I found to be good roleplay. I wouldn't take part in anything that was below the belt as thats not something I want to get mixed in. Why would purposely join a low quality gang straight after being un perm banned? Im not stupid and I certainly would consider this as something to do.
I feel like I should touch on the church incident that was the ultimatum of this. When I spawned in I asked everyone in the channel what was happening. Everyone replied there was an event Nalurah (sorry if I butchered the name) was hosting. I asked what the event was for and everyone replied it was a wedding where another one of the admin gangs was meant to initiate on the weeding as they didn't agree with it happening. I straight up said bullox to them and said no way they'd set-up a wedding just to make it AggressiveRP. I remember SPECIFICALLY asking (forgot who the leader of Ket was, Not Jordan but the other guy) did Nalaruh approve us to instigate with the wedding. He explicitly said 'yes'. You might be calling 'bullshit' however I implore you to ask anyone who was there. I made crystal clear that my question was heard as I did not want to start pissing around with someones roleplay when we're not wanted. I was informed we were allowed which is why I brought over an Ifrit. Feel free to check my logs, I never pull an Ifrit. This was the only time I did as I thought it was match the accusation as everyone was calling it the 'red wedding'.

You must understand thats its not by choice we play on other servers. We're banned on RPUK' Permanently' so when it comes to loyalty its not like that we are 100% going to get unbanned. As shown from the unbans many of the people as per the ket blanket ban didn't infact get unbanned. When people do drugs and they can't get the substance they want, they don't just shrivel up and wait, they'll get another drug to fill that addiction. The same is here, people want to play. I wish I didn't have to play on them servers however situations have occurred where push has come to shove and im unable to play RPUK anymore.
'Another no smoke without fire situation, As part of a new zero-tolerance time wasting reducing policy there wont be another unban, you had your permanent appeal, it was accepted and you wasted it, not only by the VDM situation but mainly by your actions in jumping in another gang setup just to go fraging and your failure to reintegrate back into the community after being involved in the colourful accession situation.'
You're completely right, no smoke without fire. However, feel free to even check the ket applications. My original application was denied ( i think twice) before I got accepted into the gang. Its not like I was friends with all of them and went to go fragging.
I enjoy this server for the roleplay, if I want to frag I go on koth or CSGO as these are designed for that. As I stated above, I was new to recently coming back to RPUK . As such I didn't know ket was perceived as they were as I literally was playing with them for maybe 2 days (bet it was longer however it didn't feel long). Normally gangs get a blanket ban warning to show they're doing shit RP .However, NO staff told us the RP was shit and NO blanket ban warning was given. I am not saying this excuses poor RP however from my perspective I was never shown shit RP from the gang. I wasn't in there for long and when I was we never had ANY altercations. the ONLY time staff interfered was when you (Wilco) posted AFTER I was banned for VDM that we had been noticed doing shit RP. This was the first and last time staff told us directly of the issue.
I am not trying to say im completely innocent as im certainly not however I had wished this could have played out differently so I could continue to play this server.
