In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned due to 2.4 i was looking through a wall in an active gunfight. i understand why i was banned due to my FOV being so high and i abused this fact for no reasons other then to get advantage on a game in a gun fight.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

it hasn't been 6months as of yet only 3 months and all i have been doing is working constantly at work doing overtime and in my spare time streaming and playing other games with friends who constantly tell me to come back to rpuk.

Why do you want to return ?

i wish to return to my friends and people who i know miss me and want me to play rpuk with them. i want to come back to palying with my friends and enjoying the rp events i made and use to love hosting or making. i want to rename myself and change from the immature child and become better then before.

Why should we unban you ?

i feel like i have had mulitple warnings and final warnings in the past and i feel like i get the picture finally. i know i have been banned for silly things like un-restraining and looking through walls. i think with all my knowledge and still coming on the servers forums to read the rule changes and logs etc i finally think i understand and will better myself for the community. as a life time donator i should set a goal and a responsilbility for the server for new players and people to join to look up to me as a role model instead of a rule breaker. i feel like i can really change this and i hope to do so in time.

You did not change your ways and follow the rules after warnings, Then you were fairly banned... rather than wait 6 months you are back here after 3 again disregarding our set procedures.

the rules to apply to all. i guess i jumped te gun and just thought i tried to pot luck it with a 3month appeal. i will wait till december if needs be. i just want to be unbanned again and slowly start coming back into rpuk as i know and love and still miss.

I 've unbanned people today who have not waited so i wont be too harsh with that where people are understanding their errors and genuinely want to return.

Where did you think it went wrong ? Why are the rules only important now you've been permanently banned?

The rules have always been important and I always do try stick to them. They aren't important now I'm perm banned they was important soon as I connected back in 2015/2016. When I first started off on the community and made a name for myself. I went wrong with increasing my fov and I should of left it default and not look through walls like an idiot. I went wrong by trying to appeal for a 6 month ban after 3 months. I understand where I have went wrong and I understand the way of the rules. I don't try to bend them or try get my way. I understand and accept fair judgement. True I tried to avoid the rules by appealing before the 6 months. I felt maybe if I showed or was able to talk or prove to someone I have changed for then maybe I could return. I understand what needs to be done and I will wait for your judgement. You unbanned me in the past for a silly mistake with the restraints back in unmc days but this was of my own accord and not a bug with the slots. I know I have done wrong.

@Gareth Cox I can see your sincere so ill unban you early, however, these silly rule breaks cannot continue therefore I impose the following term to your unban.

If you get rebanned within the next 6 months then the ban will be permanent and classed as you having no regard for our rules.

Hopefully like you said you have got the picture otherwise this won't end well for you, I would suggest ditching the change of FOV and any mentality you have towards gunfights and "Winning" that is not what this server is about.
