In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I think I was banned because it was assumed I was here to just cause issues on the server with attempting to RDM. I was running around and I shot in the general direction of a group of players with a handgun, but it wasn’t to intentionally cause issues I was just being dumb and thought it would be funny to shoot a few shots and drive off on a quad bike.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Arma 3 until Jan or Feb , switched over to GTA 5 for a bit, now im on Fortnite PVE 30 days straight

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because there are not any other servers that actually take the time to have an active and strict admin team. This server holds true to its rules and standards and expects it from every player which makes playing on the server more enjoyable. It gives players the chance to have fun and worry free of someone just ramming you continuously with a vehicle, yelling annoying/racist slurs, and just overall being scummy. You can’t find another server that puts as much effort into it and that ultimately is why I want to return. I love to RP and it’s near impossible to have the fun of RPing on other servers.

Why should we unban you ?

At the time of my ban I was blind to the fact that shooting in a general direction to "scare" people is classified as attempted RDM. After extensive talks with my friends that play on the server they have opened my eyes to to understanding how this is a clear rule break. I admit what I did was wrong and I have re-read the rules to become more familiar with how this server operates. I have been here for 3ish years and have never been banned or warned that I'm aware of. I climbed the ranks of the NHS and became a DR where I loved to RP many different scenarios and would love to come back and continue RPing with my friends.

I'll give you one chance to explain to me what the real story behind your ban was.

I will need to add that this happened on 2/11/17. Xkan sent me a teamspeak message to explain what happen yesterday and that he was watching the whole thing. I further wrote back to him and denied I was here to cause any issues, and had no recollection . He stated that this was strange coming from a DR in the NHS and  i was here to cause problems and that I was not making a clear case for my self then issued the ban immediately .

You state that he was pulling up to people on a quad-bike and shooting at them for fun with a handgun. 

What about the observing of a UNMC vs Rebel gun fight lying down in the grass with an MK14 and opening fire on both parties involved when you yourself was not involved in the fight. You then proceed to go up to the UNMC once the gun fight had finished and then try to kill one with a pistol.
