In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I initiated a gun fight that was poorly initiated. Baiting

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Busy with school and various other things.

Why do you want to return ?

I'm about to finish exams and would love to return for the summer with my friends, we have other friends who are interested in playing and we have recommended the server and would love to play with them.

Why should we unban you ?

I have gone over the situation and have calmed my nerves from the last appeal, it is clear that we were in the wrong when seen from the admins point of view, at the time of my last appeal i couldn't understand why no one was seeing the situation from our point of view. The situation is outlined in my last appeal but the basics of the situation was we were in a gunfight for a long time, when we got the upper hand we were banned; what got us banned was the way the fight started, although me and my friends were angry over the fact that the situation was played out and we were only banned after we were gaining the upper hand in the fight, this was not before being stunned by an admin and the police killing us, in a way we at the time saw as unfair. Obviously the the way in which the fight started can be confusing when looked at as a whole and I understand and acknowledge that and apologies, however i would like to respectfully maintain we had our reason stated however we did not feel it was fairly judged, but that is not the issue. Once again I would like to apologies for the whole situation as I have come to understand that the admins decision is final and the players have to respect that, that was a poorly made judgement on my behalf and i would like to ask that in the events my gang mates open a ban appeal that you do not bring this up against them as i will take full blame for any arguments we had against you, this is an issue which i have reflected on and have changed about myself. Thank you.

When you weren't honest about the baiting, you aren't really in the position to try and take the high ground over how it was handled. If you'd have prefered an immediate ban then we could have obliged so I don't really see why waiting a moment before banning you really makes a difference. Regardless of "how well" the fight was going for you, you broke a rule. Dain was and continues to be unrelated to the police and has no biases towards them whatsoever, acting only within how the rules dictate.

In what respect do you feel unfairly judged as I have read the notes that Dain left us on your appeal and I find it hard to believe that you legitimately believe you did nothing wrong. Can you explain? Your friend seems to be arguing that you legitimately had no bad intentions so if you explain your real intentions, it would help us in assessing your situation.

Like I said before, I do not want to argue for what I did, I see now why we were banned and i accept that, no questions asked. I simply want to show you why we did what we did and did not mean to break the rules.

To answer your question, we felt unfairly judged during the fight because we continued role play to develop the fight and it was only after we won that we were banned, this was extremely aggravating at the time for many reasons, it took us a lot of time on your sever to equip ourselves with the gear that we used in the fight. I do not have any proof for this for this statement although i will say that nor would me or my friends spend that much time on your server to just get ourselves banned intentionally or risk a ban in such a stupid way.

As far as our intentions at the time, we were taking part in role play and had been developing this, the climax of the role play happened to be outside the police station, the gun fire (which was what got us banned for baiting) was not intended to start a fight but was meant to be used from our own storyline which we were playing and developing. Furthermore, the gunfire attracted the police however, as you can hopefully see from what i previously said, this was not intentional and we did not do it for the intent of a gunfight.

It's a strange one. I can't help but feel that you somehow still feel hard-done by and are just giving me the answer that I want, but I really don't see any reason to keep you banned any longer. The point is made and you have demonstrated considerable effort in this appeal. I'm going to unban you now but with a warning that a ban in the next 3 months is likely to spell a more permanent end to your time here.
