In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for ooc abuse, or basically (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.although it has been a while since the ban and I cant remember everything that happened I will try and explain what I can remember Me and my gang were in a big gunfight with the cops in kavala which I was not in a great mood for in the first place, however I remember that I had to carry on because I was trapped in the middle of aloud of cops trying to take my gun, so I carried on. later on through the fight an officer and I fall into some combat which I happened to die in. When this happened I was really mad as my friends were already winding me up, so I think i had a massive rage which is very unlike me and I massively regret. Within this stupid rage I began to act really childish and I start spamming direct chat with abusive language towards the cop who killed me. I don't know what I was thinking to be honest and I realised my mistake therefore about 15 minutes later after I cooled down I messaged that officer who I insulted saying sorry, he did not reply. The next day I go to log on to the server and the ban message appears at this point I knew exactly what it was for and I take full blame for what I did. I have not had a rage or anything like this for along time and I think that was the last time it happened.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Over the last six months I have been mostly playing arma and have played afew other servers and although they may be toxic rpuk copies It was the only option I could take to still be able to roleplay and enjoy arma as a game, as I was banned off the server I enjoyed the most. apart from this I have also during the time that I have been banned still been very active on arma and have been trying all sorts of servers, during this time I think my roleplay has become a lot better and I have lost most of my interests for combat and killing people, I had a short spell of playing PUBG and decided that I preffered arma so I stopped playing. Throughout the time of my ban I have been eager to appeal on this server and return to the great rp and friendships I once had. I have also recently joined the air cadets which I really enjoy because of my large interests of military and aviation. In addition to this I went back and played xbox afew times and played with some of my school mates on fortnite and I really enjoyed it, however I couldn't keep playing because I began to get bored and again come back to arma.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return so I can start playing with my friends and return to the great roleplay that I used to experience. also I have played arma for a long time and have been through a lot of servers which could be popular or in popular and I feel like the only one that satisfied me the most was RPUK and no other server really gives the great roleplay opportunities that this server offers and even when I tried to go elsewhere this server would always be in my mind. it has also come to my attention that this server is still very populated and seems to be living up to its great reputation, along with the fact that the staff team is probably the best you will find and the most organised. recently I have become very bored of playing in organised and badly developed servers so I really want to return and actually be able to experience a great community again. in addition to this I really miss a lot of my friends here and I would love to be able to play and talk with them like the old days and actually be able to play when sourounded by non toxic people

Why should we unban you ?

I think you should unban me because I was a very loyal member of the community and although I have multiple bans on my record I feel I have changed since the last two as they were an even long time ago and I have learnt a lot from them. I always enjoyed roleplaying on this server and I would always dedicate a lot of time towards it. I have made mistakes and this incident is deffinately one of them and I regret fully what I have done, I also hope the staff team can give me another chance as I feel this ban does not reflect my behaviour on this server and I am definatly ready to return without breaking any rules and proving that I can be a good member of tis community. As I have already mentioned I did apologize to the person I offended and hope he has forgiven me as it was a long time ago now. However I have read through the rules many times now to make sure I know exactly what I'm doing and that no more incidents like this happen again. now I feel ready to come back and hopefully I can be given another chance to prove myself. If the staff decide I can be unbanned then I can assure you that I will not break any more rule breaks and I will be a well behaved member of this community. in addition to this I feel my roleplay has improved a lot and I think I could be a great addition to the roleplay side of this community. I have also become a lot more mature and feel like there is no reason for me to do something like this again and I will definitely not have another anger outburst like I previously did.

The common 'I was in a bad mood' excuse, we see it in every other appeal, especially in those that involve people saying something in anger. Now you say that the massive rage is very unlike you, I would have perhaps believed you if this wasn't your fourth ban in 7 months. You have quite the colorful and negative history within the community. Promises of change we see quite often as well.
So what makes you so different from all those other people with multiple bans on their name who promised they would change? Why should we give you another chance?

First of all although not important I believe it is 3 bans because one of them was a mistake from the staffs database or something, however that Is off topic so I will leave that.

So I should be given another chance as I am not a toxic person at all, I was apart of this community for a long time and never showed disrespect towards anyone, apart from this situation obviously. I had always respected people on this community hense the reason I was so sad to be banned. I respected them for their kindness as some people on other communities are not like that however the majority of people here are kind and not toxic, so I embraced that. I believe that when I am surrounded by non toxic people like the people here I am a nice person and do not throw any abuse at anyone. throughout my time on the server as stated by you I have been banned quite afew times, however the previous bans were for nothing to do with attitude towards others, which again reflects my personality and how I am not necessarily a toxic person. these previous bans were also when I was new to the server and arma itself. therefore I do not believe it reflects my newly bread ability to roleplay and be part of a community like this. I hope I have done well enough to explain how I am different to others who also promise change and I can assure I am not one of the ones who shortly betray the staff team after their unban.

@Nalurah the ban for firing rockets was a mistake with the database or something and it was proved that I fired nothing, but again off topic very sorry



well you can know that I wont become toxic again because as I previously mentioned I have had a lot of time to reflect on what I did at that situation, It has been over six months now and that six months is six months on me missing out on the fun that all of my friends and other community members are having, whilst I play other more toxic and boring communities. I would hate for this to happen to me again as I have been missing this community soo much so I know that if I do something stupid and toxic like this again I will be punished like before. I have also not had such an anger outbreak for a long time as I have learnt what it can cause, and I have taught myself just to relax and realise that its just a game and nothing to get angry about. therefore I can assure that I will not be toxic to anyone or at anytime. Also I will be in a much happier environment if I am unbanned as this community does not involve toxicity at all and that would benefit me and encourage me to stay kind and genuine.

For finding them toxic and boring you are trying awfully hard to get yourself out of trouble there. Not just here you seem to not be able to abide by the rules it seems. The appeal you made there is almost identical and they unbanned you for it. Here we are not so easily convinced. So care to tell me why you break rules on every server you go on?

Ok so the reason I was trying to get unbanned on there was because it was kind of my last resort for a roleplay server because I have been banned on roleplay uk which was my main. However the reason I break rules on every server is quite unknown to me, I seem to find myself in situations which lead to my bans, however I believe that I am experienced enough now to know the rules on all servers and I don't think any more rule breaks will occur. Also I do put in a large amount of hours to each server, which could part of the reason for me getting banned a fair amount. In addition to this the rules on each server are slightly different which sometimes throws me off track on other servers as I normally would relate to the understanding of rules that this server has, which also can lead to my bans. However if I come back to this server I think that this will not happen as I have re read through the rules and will do again, and I am also very experienced with the rules here which I think will help when It comes to me avoiding getting banned

Ok so in my opinion rule [SIZE=medium](11.1) Common sense - This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak.[/SIZE]i believe this is the most important rule within the community as this is a rule that is to be followed if u are a respectable human being and it can rule out toxic and disrespectfull people from the  community. The attitude of the people within this community respresents the server itself and can help others to realise what this community is like therefore this rule keeps the people in tact to represent the server well. the fact that this rule is implemented here means that all people representing this community as toxic are to be banned as it is common sense to respect others and remain kind at all times. I also believe that it makes the server a safe and nice place to come to whenever you are in need of it, and never will you find yourself being picked on or abused by other members of the community within teamspeak. I also think that this rule relates to many other rules in the server and basically sums up the requirements of being a respectable member of this clean community.

I have asked this question to several people and got a different answer from everyone. I agree with your choice and reasoning. Common sense within this community as it is in life is important. It is what is required and asked of our players to keep it a respectable and clean community.

You have proven yourself to me to be worthy of one final chance. Don't waste it.
