In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for running up to a vehicle shop and screaming "give me good grades or die",this is failrp and rdm.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Working on my studies and reforming aswell as maturing.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because this server looks like a good server and im sure it is, i was banned before i was able to experience this server and i regret it as i havent been able to experience this server.

Why should we unban you ?

You should unban me because this ban was made almost a year ago and i got it when i was new to the arma community clocking in at about ~10hours but now i have almost 2k hours and know the rules, i feel like i would be a nice addition to the community, i will avoid all type of rulebreaking and toxicity, i plan on joining the opfor faction and trying out and perhaps working my way up to a higher rank.And also because its a time of forgiveness and celebrations ;3

again as it said on my ban appeal, it wasnt me and i have concrete evidence of this ,such as paypal logs and i can get video proof, if you would like them please let me know however, i want to return to this community because i havent actually experienced this one, i could go to removed or removed, however i do not like them, the rp is boring and so is the combat, yes me being banned from the community i was a part of did make me come out of my shell however as i said before, the donations were from my account but not from me its a long story however im willing to explain it even though it sounds like major bs.I left my friend on teamviewer as i trusted him, he was fixing some errors so we could work onto some private gta mods,and as any human gets hungry, i got hungry and i went mcdonalds, i trusted my friend(know him irl) so i didnt really think he would do such a thing, he went onto my twitch and donated onto the founders stream with abusive comments,(he did this because he was community banned) ive got paypal scs of him sending me back the money he spent on donations,as unlikely as this story may seem, it is true and this ban just allowed me to explore other communities other than just sticking to one.I would really appreciate it if you could just give me one chance, this was my first ban on this server and i was new,  i had no control over what was said and im just looking for new fun communities to play with, again, im just here to have fun amongst other people, if you decide im not fit for it fair enough however i promise you i will not break any rules or be toxic whatsoever, i want to join a faction and start off, im not here to cause trouble just 1 chance is all i ask, any rulebreak and an instant ban, ive read all the rules thoroughly and will do my ought most best to not break them all i ask for is 1 chance in this community, ive pretty much never played this and want to give it a chance.

he said he didnt think i would get banned, and that he didnt know how he found out, we are good friends irl he was just being stupid, he sent me back the money that he spent,and tbh with you idk why he did it from my pc but he did(probably banned from neos stream and fuels stream), i havent really been able to communicate with him as he is on vacation.as with the police, i just dont think its really that serious to get in contact with the police, he only did it once and gave me back my money the only real consequence of his actions was the ban and making my unban appeal harder on here, he said he would help me get unbanned when hes back.

Of course, it's serious, its fraud to use someone else's account to make payment without there permission.

Based on the Paypal screenshot... the story you have provided which is just as out there as the actual event I will give you a chance here however that chance will be revoked should you be commenting on anyone's streams in the Arma community negatively or your having a negative effect on this community.

I would advise your friend to stay away so it doesn't affect your time here, As for your previous RDM ban I would go and re-read our rules and follow them, Also do not touch a gun for at least a month... go and roleplay without that complication for a bit.
