In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I think I was banned because I was in the Ghost Cartel gang. This gang broke a lot of rules and ended with mass bannings across the board.
The reason why I was banned was for trolling in a stream, and I would like to explain that I did not troll in the stream.
I did know that they were trolling the stream, we were all in the teamspeak at the time, but I decided not to participate in what they were doing because I didn't want to be banned? What led to me being banned if I didn't do anything? Well at the time the members of Gc wanted to make a new server. I supported this idea and thought it would be successful. Though I did not know that they were going to break a ton of rules in the process. When they made a website for their server I decided to make a post on their videos and screenshots section, and when they spammed their website on the stream, Wilco saw my post and gave me a community ban.
Now I am not saying I was completely innocent, I should've informed administration about what they were doing, but I didn't do that and I take full responsibility for that.
I would love to be able to talk to somebody who was involved in the situation so I could give my side of the story because what happened that day was complex in my opinion.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Well, it's been many years, I've done quite a lot haha.
I tried appealing a few times during the past few years. I haven't really been playing much Arma since I got banned because I haven't seen the appeal ever since I got banned from ALUK, but the urge to get back into it has been huge.

Why do you want to return ?

I have been missing the high quality roleplay on this server for literally years. I've tried playing on different servers, but nothing matches the community on this server and because of the great community I've spent 700h+ on this server, and to rejoin and relive the same Roleplay that I enjoyed years ago would be great.
It's been many years and I've learned a lot since.

Why should we unban you ?

I believe there were misunderstandings on both sides about my intentions and the ban I received. I know I wasn't fully innocent, but I would greatly appreciate a spot on the server once again!

You've took a large amount of time away since your last appeal, what made you wait so long if you was innocent?

Well, I didn't feel confident in sending in a new report as my two reports before that were denied and the accounts were banned instantaneously without any explanation, or ability to view the explanation.
 

So I lost my motivation to send in new reports and carried on with other games. It's been at the back of my mind for quite a while, but especially now since I've recently been playing more Arma, and because of it the urge for good roleplay has gotten bigger and bigger. So I decided to send in a new appeal, which is this one.

Believe it or not, it's been over 2 years and we still recicve members of past gangs like GC, TI ect who try make accounts on these forums all the time.

So your last appeal was denied, one of the reasons was due to the connection with Jay, Manny, or Scott McDermott

No, shortly after the ban I started to move away from the group. I do believe some of them are on my steam friends list, but I have not talked to them since the event occurred. They were trying to build up an RP server, and being optimistic I let them do their thing, eventually they sent me an IP to the server, but I quickly grew a distaste for it as there was nobody on to interact with, and the mechanics were bland compared to RPUK. 

I do not understand the point of creating new forum accounts to troll, I just find it a waste of time for both sides and may induce third grade giggles for those who do it. I have never made an extra account to do unnecessary things, but I have made an account to appeal a ban (which is the one on the last denied appeal).

So all in all, no, I do not associate with these people, and I disavow those who make accounts on this site to troll.

Well, I would preferably not lose all my things, because I feel like that's my "legacy", and it's something I really want to come back and have fun with. I've grinded for what I have for many hours, and it would be a shame to lose all of it.
On the flip side if that is the condition in which I can join back the server, I will accept it wholeheartedly and start the grind again. So if there is a possibility to keep my wealth (or a part of it) would be nice, but if not I will accept fully.

After some thought, your ban doesn't really justify a money wipe ect ect. 

I will issue a normal unban.
